The owner is super sweet. She really takes cares and loves animals. Been going to her for years for my dogs and she is the best.

A while back I took my cat to be groomed here. I hesitated to leave a review as the owner was apologetic in the end, but I feel its morally incorrect to say nothing about my experience.I won’t go into detail regarding the awful service I had towards me — but what I will say is there is a clear lack of understanding and out-dated practice on how to handle cats. Poor service towards a customer is one thing, but neglecting basic animal care is not acceptable in the nature of this business.Adult cats are absolutely NOT meant to be held by their scruff (neck fur), and this is apparently a normal practice here, as I was told by the owner that it’s completely alright and necessary to do. A simple Google search will show you that it’s painful and uncomfortable to do to a adult cat, it is strictly reserved for mother cats and their kittens as newborns. On top of all of this the job was horribly done, so there’s really no excuse and when I politely told the owner that I didn’t like it she nearly became violent towards me and literally threw my cat at me.I have never shared a negative review, so please understand I don’t want to be spiteful and I am sure they are fine with dogs, but I would really avoid for cat grooming. They have been around for awhile, so know that I am sharing this story to protect other animals, and not slander a business during already tough times.In all, I feel intense guilt having put my pet through that experience and feel cheated that I was made to pay for it once apologies were said. Being a groomer is no easy task, but everyone must be vigilant of where they leave pets, and make sure to stay during the grooming to watch.

I brought my cat to be groomed for the 1st time ever. Debbie and Rebecca did a great job at bathing and grooming him. They made him feel comfortable since he wasn't used to his surroundings. He looks and feels great. I would recommend pampered pets in Dorval. The service was friendly and you can tell they really care about your pet.

You can't judge a book by it cover! I have been coming here for over 6 years now and they are simply the best! My two dogs are always in a good mood after their hair cut and look absolutely adorable! The staff is very friendly and the prices are great! A+ must for your dog!

I am in utter shock at how unprofessional this place is. They have recently doubled their price, I get it, the cost of inflation affects everyone, but to double? I agreed to pay but informed the owner that I was not happy. Her response was Well

Great place! They care about your pet and as an owner of cats, I’m very wary about groomers who cater more towards dogs and hesitate with cat clients as they are more likely to sedate and cage your cat. Not this place and that’s why I trust them :)Highly recommend!

Great job, super friendly owner & staff. The pickup/drop off service was so practical too! My cat looked very cute and clean. I also thought prices were very reasonable for the services. I would recommend!
