We were able to purchase our dining set with no issues. We were in and out in a matter of time. We picked it up that very same day from the warehouse location on Courtneypark Dr/Kennedy Rd. Dining set is called Wilma 5-Piece Dining Package". Fits perfectly in our condo."

We went there to get a sofa set for our home.they had a wide range of sofa sets available on the floor. Anmol was very patient with us and gave us a good time to explore and find the sofa we like. He got us a really good deal as well. I'm happy with my purchase.

I had such a terrible experience working with this store and trying to complete a warranty claim on my mattress. The whole process took over two months, they never once followed up with me to provide me with any update or response to my claim, I always had to track them down and push them to get me an answer. In the end, of course they claimed the warranty wasn’t going to cover the fact that my bed has sunk more than 2 inches! Don’t give this business your money, I’m now going to be buying a new mattress and heading over to Leon’s who has some great deals going on right now!

Always deliver bad damaged appliances, some are very bad damaged, if you find after 48 hours, you are stuck.The washer the Brick delivered had a big damage on top, that it bended 1 inch lower, I can't have the dryer installed on top of the washer. I purchased 5 year warranty, but guess what, I can't get it exchanged or refund or fixed. only because I found the damage after 48 hours of delivery, they said it's my fault. Not only I got piece of Junk, I also lost warranty of it, because manufacturer void warranty if it's damaged in delivery. The brick responded my google review, but nothing can be provided, no exchange, no refund, no repairs. So all the satisfaction guaranty, extended warranty are lies.Don't buy anything from the brick, they may give you a bit of discount, but any other stores can offer discount too not less than what they offered. Wait for the bad service you will be experience...If you look at the reviews, all the 5 stars come from people just purchased the products, all the 1 stars come from the service, and their delivery team is very bad, always damage the products, once you got a bad luck of damaged product, good luck!

It was a very simple choice to buy all furniture for bedrooms, dining room and living room for our new house at the Brick Superstore. They have everything you need, lots of staff on discount and clearance. Sales representative Adi was extremely helpful. He is a good professional. I can really recommend this The Brick Superstore: just come and buy everything what you need in one place with no headache.It is also very convenient that they can do delivery of mattresses the next day and all the other staff the day after.

We needed a Sectional for our TV room and decided to go to the BRICK. Due to the sizing of our TV room, we had to get a custom sectional (Designed2b collection) where we chose our cloth color and the different items we wanted added to the sectional. Total cost was around $2,300.Everything was fine until we got the Sectional in June 2020. It looked beautiful but literally within 3 months, we heard the springs started to make noises and the foam started sagging. As the 1 year warranty applied, we spoke to the BRICK to fix things multiple times and after a lot of back and forth, they said they would replace the full sectional as the parts weren't available. We ordered another sectional with the exact same specifications hoping the workmanship will be better this time around.In June 2021, we got the new sectional and we thought it would be a better replacement. Note the reason we chose Designed2b from the BRICK collection was because they said everything was Canadian made". Sadly

I bought freezer today and my experience was absolutely fantastic. Because my mom and I came in and met jack who was very hopeful right now. He directed us to the product who want it and even more better product for affordable price. We were very satisfied with our purchase. It was very quick and easy process. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
