My experience with Pat was excellent. We were broken into in the middle of the night, and after exhausting all the glass places in Vernon, I took a chance and called Nelson's on their 24 hr emergency line. Got an answering machine, he called me back about a minute later, and said he would be there as soon as possible. He showed up quickly, and got everything functioning to lock up very efficiently. Very positive attitude, which I needed after being up very early and trying to clean up my shop after the break in. I need to replace my doors, and of course Pat's getting my business. Great service is not dead!!!!

Still waiting for a vist to fix some problems they had during my truck windows install it is going on 30 days and no response. I will give them till Friday maybe they are busy if nothing I will explain to everyone about how I was treated.

Very friendly staff and a clean outfit, good old fashioned small town type of service. Had my windshield repaired within an hour, I will certainly use Nelson's again, and would reccomend to others aswell! Thank you!

This is a company with lots of integrity. Their workmanship is impeccable. Thank you to Philene in the office and Ray, one of the installers. A special thanks to Cameron who took care of the job from start to finish. He was always on time and showed up when he said he would, and did excellent work. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I've talked with 3 different people there and they have all been incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. They also are super efficient and would have had my glass ready and delivered in just one day had I not changed the order. I would highly recommend them!

Very generous company and super honest people. They do a lot of good in their own community and it doesn't stop there. Our organization is an hour away, and these guys are good to pitch in when ever they are able. Businesses like this are a major asset in our area.
