I’ve been to a few burger kings ;)This one needs renovation!!!Todays meal… fries were cold and whopper was good normal.Staff was mixed, unorganized and were not effective today.

Worst meal and service, never stopping there again. Family ordered two peppercorn burgers, but had no peppercorn sauce on them. When asked about it, the lady pointed at the dry bun and said that was some but it all soaked into the bread...

The food was okay. No problems there, but the condition of the restaurant was appalling. They seem to not clean their bathrooms as it was filled with flies and had no toilet paper or hand towels. Garbage left on trays on tables, spilled ketchup on seats. Very disappointing but to be expected considering they’re the only burger joint on the main strip. I will now avoid this place when I pass through on my way to Ottawa, in favour of the corporations better managed Tim Hortons down the road.

Just Disgusting..Toilet smelling dump.. even after i had told the cashier.. that my son want not going in this bathroom.. smell of pee..Hamburger cold..French fries.. half of the cup..I dont know what the owner wait to do something..I just moved to deep river.. trust me.. Never i will return there..

This is a very dirty place. The dirt is not new dirt it a build up of several months. It appears there is no effortWill not return..Head office should be taking a look at this place

Delicious fast food, had to wait for fresh nuggets so they offered me a free fountain drink while I wait. Super nice staff.

Wow worst experience ever took 30 min for our food and they messed up the order 2 times. First was under cooked than they gave the wrong burger. Cashier was touching her mouth than drink cups and food. Would not recommend.

Food was good, But the staff need to redo there food safety course... The cashier was wearing gloves and handling money, then touching lids and cups and then touching his glasses, mask and hair and then continued to serve... I asked for him to Remove his gloves, and instead another staff member sent him back to cash ( with same gloves on) and she served my drink...Not very sanitary...Also they should be using a small bag or smaller cup so that ppl don't think they are getting ripped off with there specials !!

The Impossible Whopper is honestly andunderrated plant-based burger - it slaps. I had to wait a while to get it though so that's not ideal, but it was worth waiting a little.

Very disappointed in the whopper meal. Asked for it wrapped in lettuce, this particular place didn't have this option and gave everything separate in a plastic container. Weird. The onion rings were cold. The only good part was the Hershey's pie- because it wasn't made by BK. Great service and clean dining area.
