Great service, user friendly, nice photos!

Overall good. But still didn't understand why they charging 25 cents for cart use. If we don't have 25 cents, they are loosing a customer who wants to buy more.Moreover hypermarket purchases are impulse purchases, so they shouldn't charge.

Got passport pics for my kids. Photos are rejected 2 times by passport office. This place is a waste of time and money.

Walmart is charging you a quarter to use their carts. 99% of their carts, the wheels are damaged, or they don't roll properly. But you still need that quarter to shop at their store. Go figure.

Honestly. The pictures look as they were intended. My issue is that I ordered photo's for next day pick up. Now being Christmas time I could understand them maybe taking two days. But they took four days(got stuck in delay) and 7 hours split between two different days standing around Walmart with a toddler, while being told repeatedly they were being printed right now and would be ready in half hour to an hour... and then again that there was an issue and they were stuck between online and the printer and someone else had to be contacted to resend the order through. One day I spent 2 hours waiting for a set of pictures. The next day I waited almost 5 hours for the second set that I was promised would be ready the following morning of the first. I'm so very dissatisfied with my order and overall experience. I feel they should have compensated me somehow for the time I wasted waiting for pictures to be printed, pictures I needed. And if they couldn't follow through with next day photos then it shouldn't be offered in the first place. Not even a discount was offered. I was just told it was out of their hands and that I need to be patient.

I really was a big fan of Walmart but I am slowly losing my love for shopping there.!The prices are getting to high, they took away our plastic bags to only make us buy smaller cloth bags for much more. They now charge a dollar for the carts and I am not a big fan of that because I only carry my bank card. They put gates on the entrance and exit doors so you feel like your cattle being herded in and out! Some of there items they take forever to restock like wool etc! My last grievance with Walmart is their website sucks! Third party sellers will give you stuff you didn't order and sizes are always wrong. Then they will charge you way to much delivery or mark up the item and take months to get it or it never shows up! I try to buy a ball of wool online and it's usually 12.97 in store but third party sellers change 30.00! They should make there third party sellers separate from the store so I don't have to waste my time or money looking for local stuff on line! They don't care and I even had staff there tell me all they want is our money!

It's expensive for the basic photos they take with standard backdrops. No edits or corrections done except maybe brightness. I'd pay more to go to an actual photographer unless you need it done quickly.

I always order my Christmas cards online and pick them up. Always great.

Staff was very helpful, photos were very clear & bright, very happy with them.
