John was right on time for our appointment (unheard of for most service calls). He was courteous, respectful and very friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything thoroughly and was very efficient! RAAH's prices are very reasonable, and the work was flawless. Very impressed with the quality of service and work from Regional Alberta Air Conditioning & Heating Service, during the set up and installation of our new new air conditioner. We received excellent advice from John about the best model for our home and exterior location for the unit. John did very high quality work on the installation and provided helpful information about the running and maintenance of the air conditioning. We love having our home at a consistently comfortable temperature thought the day and evening.

Our furnace stopped working in the middle of the coldest night this past winter. Desperately I called a few people that seemed not to know what exactly needs to be done. I than called John, who very patiently offered me quidance on what and how to opperate the furnace. He came the same night to help with the issue, and was courteous, respectful and explained everything thoroughly.RAAH's prices are very reasonable, and the work provided was 5 stars.Thanks again for a great experience!

My furnace broke down overnight whilst we were in the middle of a deep freeze. I called Regional Alberta Air and they had someone at the house within the hour to try and repair my 23 year old furnace.Alas she couldn’t be saved, and so we moved ahead with Regional Alberta Air supplying and installing a brand new furnace.The install went flawlessly, and the price was more than reasonable with no hidden charges.I would highly recommend Regional Alberta Air to anyone who is looking for great service and fair prices.
