If you read more of their reviews, you may notice that most good reviews are for buying experience. We wrote one great review for our sales rep two years ago too. But when it comes to service, it's totally another story. My service appointment was at 9:00am. They warned me that if they can not find the issue, they will charge me for the diagnosis, as warranty only cover it when they find the problem. They did nothing to my cat till 4:00pm as I have trip the next day. I picked up my car the SAME spot I parked in the morning. It has never been touched the whole day. I did not give it a one-star to recognize the helpful people there, the over all service is bad.

Sales person was OK but finance lady was awful. Seems like a planned tactic.She tried very hard to make me buy the insurance first. I denied it. Why buy insurance for a car that is not even purchased yet? Well, I realized why shortly after.She started acting very rude. Tried everything to change the agreed rate by simply hiding the prints from me or pretending she didn't understand my English etc. One of the most unpleasant experience of my life for sure. I had to fight it.She tried to scam me so hard, she even forgot to take my down payment. Gee... I should have just taken the keys and drove away.Anyway, afterwards, I saw my monthly payment was a little higher than expected. Very little. Upon reviewing the paper, they made it 61 months instead of 60 and I was paying unnecessary interests. Seriously, if I had time, I'd have sued this dishonest person.Seriously, Costco should jump into the car dealership business and ends this thing so that people don't have to go through this nonsense every 5 years or so.

Because we have a good experience for buying the vehicle in here. )I bought the Altas 2023 last year in this dealership. everything goes well until today in the morning on June 28, 2023. my wife Megan drop off the vehicle for oil change service. they told us there's no record or anything about this vehicle information. they can only find my wife's name in their system.

Brought my daughter’s car in for an emissions diagnostic and service. We had an 8 am appointment. At 8:10, lights were off in the service department and no one was there. I walked over to the sales desk to ask for help only to be greeted rudely by a staff member there telling me, “I’m not service.”Once, the car was ready for pick up 4 days later, I was informed that they heard a new sound on the test drive after the $3000 repair. They wanted to charge me an additional service fee for what they should have diagnosed correctly to begin with. I had my husband call and they were also unwilling to negotiate with him.However, when we arrived to pick upthe vehicle, I discussed my concerns with the service manager, Chris McDonald, who was extremely friendly and apologetic. He was very helpful in trying to remedy our situation. Chris was able to make some adjustments to the bill bringing it down to $2700 and booked us in for a complimentary diagnostic the following Tuesday. We were happy to pick the vehicle up with a clean bill of health and no further repair as the sound was a simple fix.Thank you so much for your kindness and concern for the customer, Chris!

When I went to pick up my vehicle after regular annual service, including oil and filter replacement and regular annual checks such as battery and tire checks an airbag error alarm came up on my dashboard, which was not there before.I immediately informed the service representative about this issue and requested them to check the cause of the alarm. However, they claimed that the alarm was not related to any service they had performed on my car, and it was not their fault. I find this response to be unacceptable because my car went into the dealership without any issues, and it came back with a safety alarm that is not safe for me and my family to drive.When I informed them that this is not safe to drive the vehicle in its current condition, they refused to provide me with a loaner vehicle and instead asked me to rent a vehicle with my own responsibilityThey booked a diagnostic appointment for the following Monday. However, as there was no rental car available, I had to drive the car with the safety alarm on. When I started the vehicle again, the alarm disappeared. I immediately informed the dealer, but they told me that now that there was no alarm, I had to pay for the diagnostic analysis if I still wanted to pursue it. I find this policy and logic of the VW dealer to be confusing and unacceptable.Update:I contacted VW Canada customer care and they provided me with a credit to pay for the diagnostic.
