Just called few minutes ago thinking that it was a retail store. The receptionist was super rude. She cut me off, did not even let me speak and just hung up on me. Based on this experience, If I was a pool company looking for a distributor, I would never go here. If their front line staff is like this, I cannot imagine how other staff would be.

Great distributor , especially if you want to start out on your own in the pool industry. But I just wanted to point out they haven't been on Drew Rd 14 years, I'm guessing. They're located 100 Vinyl court. Woodbridge, ON.Perhaps the legal name has changed, or the company still owns the property, and leasing to McDougall
