Albert & Sons Service Centre

I was driving to Alberta with my girlfriend and our truck broke down. The guys at Albert and son’s were quick to give us comforting advice over the phone. When we arrived at the shop, they spent the time to attempt to diagnose the vehicle, and ended up not even charging for their time. I ended up getting CAA, and got a tow from a very nice driver from A&Sons named Calvin, he drove us 320km all the way to Thunderbay. Thanks again guys

Had one of our trucks break a fan belt as he got into White River. Went to Albert & Sons. They did not have a belt in stock but co-ordinated with a dealer in Sault Saint Marie who had one. Had another driver passing the Soo so he stopped picked up and they put the belt on the truck after closing time and got my driver on his way. Charged a fair price for the repair and were very helpful!! All I can say was I was very impressed with the service. They also let my driver use their phone to call as there is no cell service in that area! My only complaint is why has no cell towers been put in this area!

Angelo, Pat and the entire crew at Albert & Son’s have always been wonderful to deal with! They are efficient, very reasonable and always willing to help you out, even when they are extremely busy. So nice to have such great service in a small town.

On our way back to Thunder Bay after a family vacation in S.ON, we were 25km east of White River when we hit a moose at 2:30am. We did manage to crawl along the side of the highway where we sat in the Husky (Albert & Sons) lot for 3.5hrs waiting for OPP detachment to open. We had no cell service in the area but did have wifi at the station and were able to use the washrooms when needed.Once we filed the police report, the officer advised us to go back to Albert & Sons, and the owner, Angelo, would take care of us. Did he ever!After ensuring that we and our 3 kids were all uninjured, he was genuinely concerned with getting us and our broken car back home in a timely AND comfortable fashion. He even offered us his own pick-up truck! He then remembered that he had a dead-head rental that had to go to Thunder Bay anyway, and offered us that vehicle while he towed ours right back to our dealership in TBay!! He saved us hours not having to wait for a rental car to be brought in from Wawa, and the car we borrowed was so comfortable, and by the time we made it back home, our own car was parked in the dealership lot waiting for us!Angelo was so welcoming, friendly, hospitable and he really turned our nightmare travel experience into an uplifting blessing! Thank you SO much Angelo!

The people in the office were so kind and moved their schedule around so I could feel safe, as a young woman travelling alone I can't express how much that means to me. I was so stressed and immediately felt better when the driver Pierre picked me up, such a genuinely kind man who did a great job and was extremely professional. Thanks Albert & Sons you guys blew me away with your service today, as soon as I expressed the need for more urgent help you came to my rescue right away. What a good experience during a stressful time!

I was looking for a tow truck driver that could bring me to Thunder Bay but after talking to one of the mechanics at Alberts & Sons that claimed they could fix my vehicle right away in white river. They replaced a serpentine belt that broke as a result of a mechanical issue in relation to the AC Unit (Serpentine belt was broken. They also needed to replace the AC Unit in addition to replacing the serpentine belt of the vehicle in order to fix the root problem). However, they didn't have the parts and had to order from SSM. As a result of them only replacing the serpentine belt and not the AC Unit the belt broke again as I was driving to marathon. Upon further inspection my CV boot on my CV as axle was also punctured as a result of them improperly moving the vehicle on the flat bed. I now had to replace the belt twice, remove and replace the CV boot with a CV boot kit and replace the AC Unit as a result of their utter incompetence. The mechanic failed to communicate the importance of replacing the AC unit over the phone and told me it just sounds noisy and could replace it. They damaged my vehicle as a result of them failing to communicate and incompetence loading the vehicle onto the flat bed.

Very bad experience. Guy didn't know how to deal with people. He just replace glad hand and 7 pin electric face for semi trailer . He bill me $473 . Parts are $73 . It's took only 45 min to replace . Unbelievable.. Not recommended...VERY VERY BAD. NO TOP OF THERATING TO HOSTAGE OUR EQUIPMENT...
