Ended up here after Firehouse subs was packed. Nothing really caught my eye on the menu so I ended up ordering the servers recommendation which was the pulled pork sandwich. It was large, pork was tender but could have used more sauce. The cheese on it is a bit weird, and it made the BBQ sauce on the table just slide off. The wife ordered the clubhouse and said it was ok. Needed more mayo or sauce. Ordered dessert, the apple pie which I wasn't aware it was a crumble topping one was trash. Dry, dense and little flavour. The rocky road cheesecake was pretty good. The place is very much for the older crowd, we were the youngest people there. The whole place was full of seniors which explains the basic menu items.

It was our first time there. We ordered the dinner combo for 2. After 45 minutes of waiting for our food and realizing 5 tables around us, who had been seated after us. All already had their dinners. We stopped a waitress (not ours, couldn’tfind him) to ask about our meals. We were told it would be out shortly. Another 6 minutes passed before it arrived. The chicken was AMAZING!!! Absolutely perfect. The coleslaw, cornbread, and fries were great as well. However, we were really disappointed with the ribs. Next to no meat on them. I buy better rids from Walmart. The dessert was great. Finding out they were baked in house was a nice surprise.

Brings back memories of TBQ with the food and services. The portions are great and there is enough to feed more than a person. Its a good ol'fashioned style of dining and has a family dining feel to it. The food was served freshly made and the waitress was trying her best to keep up with the customers. It's nice that the dessert options is huge but may it be on a menu or written out for the customers instead of just on a board? The waitress carried out the board to our table and it's heavy/huge. I felt bad that she did that for us. Thank you for the service and the pleasure of being treated like we're special. The restaurant still has the old Outback Steakhouse look to it from the past. I miss that restaurant.

The food was great, but wish the one server was more faster at his job as the other servers. It took around almost a hour to actually get our drinks and food. Hopefully it starts to improve then I would give a 5 star. I get it, it's busy and stuff but hope that server will eventually pick up the pace or find a new job?

This had to be one of the best dining experiences we have had in years! We had a waitress who has worked for 35 years for this family and she was such a delight! We met Tommy and reminisced about the old days of going to Tunnel BBQ downtown back in the 80s. The bus boys were all so friendly and efficient. Usually you are fortunate for wait staff to visit you once at your table. They would just pass by and see that empty plates could be taken away. The food was excellent, portions were great and I am not one to post on dining experiences but I felt that they deserved to be recognized for the dining service they provide to their customers. Thank you for the extra treat of a complimentary dessert! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing dinner yesterday, St Patrick’s Day at Tommy ‘s Barbecue with the restaurant’s delicious so tender juicy pork ribs , crispy French fries, with salad & muffin .I had my margarita , take out huge slice yummy tiramisu .On top of this wonderful dinner , our server Leslie , was very friendly, accommodating and so attentive. Not even asking her , she offered extra plate, salad .Always there, smiling , asking if we need anything else . Thanks a lot Leslie .Rest is staff friendly and accommodating as well .Will come back & recommend Tommy’s Barbecue.

Tommy's Bar-B-Q
This was my second time ordering from Tommy's, this time I wanted something different. I ordered a Reuben on Rye sandwich. It also came with some coleslaw, a pickle and Russian dressing on the side. I substituted the fries for green beans. It did not disappoint and there was a good amount of shaved corned beef in the sandwich. I would definitely order this again!

First time here. Had the Macedonian Čevabčiči dinner. Truly homemade. Great flavour with a fantastic coleslaw.The staff was fantastic. Waitress took the time to go through our questions and answer them all. The bussers made sure our empty plates and glasses were removed and also were there to help us pack our leftovers.One thing you will notice if you are from the area is the pastries from the old Tunnel BBQ. Strawberry Romanoff is available like in the old days.
