terrible service. Receptionist was rude, didn’t want to answer any of our simple questions, cutting us off to say that they had too many clients. Don’t bother advertising on newspapers if you can’t even uphold simple customer service.

They have messed up my mom’s taxes twice leaving her with a few thousand dollars to pay back. They have also messed up once for both of my sisters. I have yet to receive anything from CRA saying they have messed up mine as well. Do not go here.

My partner and I have gone there for the last few years and have received great service, year after year. They're thorough with their work and do what they can to help you out. It's a cozy place with kind professionals who are confident in their skills and years of expertise. They always do an amazing job. Excellent value for your buck because they look out for your interest. I’ve been using them since 2015 after using different accountants for years and these guys by far are the best.

Terrible service. The guy (Quan) is not even knowledgeable. Cannot speak English properly. Shows you how he can understand tax law fully. He is loud and blunt. He is cheap though. You get what you pay for people. He will get his clients in trouble with his tax advise. I got in trouble.
