Terrible place to shop, very disorganized and a liar. We made a purchase on October 17 and after more than 20 days it did not arrive, I contacted the Toys R us chat and they told me that it would arrive the following week and it was false. I went directly to the store and supposedly the package had been picked up by the courier and I would have to wait even longer, information that was also wrong because days later they write that they do not know where the package is, how can they play with a customer's time, it is definitely a place where you should not buy and less if you need a gift for an event.

Nice selection of paw patrol toy sets here. Slightly pricier than some online options but my kids were happy

Very disciplined and well-behaved staff... They inflated my kid’s balloons with helium.. They were very thoughtful and I was very happy with their service.

The store is big and good, but its products are expensive. The best time to buy is when there is a discount. My son loves this store. In the past, there were toys to check that children could play with so that parents could find out if their children were interested. But not now.

Don’t use the online order (shipping)Product was fine the shipping was absolutely horrible. The courier service used not only threw the packages 4ft to my doorstep but no communication as to when or if it was being delivered. Would not online shop here again. Plus took several weeks for delivery

This location is big but feels small. Could be that I’m more familiar with the polo park location. This location has helpful staff but canNever find the toy I’m looking for.

A shout out to Matt at the Pembina store for excellent customer service. Very helpful in choosing a bike and even though it was only minutes before closing time, he explained the features and pumped up the tires!! Two other sales guys (one on the floor and the other at the check out) were also very pleasant. Thank you!

VERY BAD SERVICE..!!!!!!!Bad customer service and Really bad attitude from one of the employees named Tulsi. I went to the store with my wife on both April 27th and 28th to have a look at travel system that they have. On April 27th i was there to check with stroller and car seat for my baby and this particular person showed up. I did ask her regarding the return policy if i don’t like the item and her reply was “ Once you open the seal they can’t take it back because of safety issues”. She left right after saying this to me very rudely and i felt like she really doesn’t want me to buy anything from the store. The next day again i went to the store to collect my Baby registry free gift bag. Unfortunately , the same lady was there to help me. She was asking me whether i have the registry number and i said i don’t have one. I explained that, when i register i got only two emails and that didn’t show me any registry number. She wasn’t happy with my reply and she ask me to write the name of the person who applied for registry. I have written the name of my wife in the paper who applied for the registry so that she can find the name in their system.when i handed over the name she did ask me whether i am writing the right name of the person and gave me a very bad look. We started became argumentative for some reason and all of a sudden she replied to me that “ you are talking to a manager( which she is not ) and I don’t have any right to say anything “. And later she throw the paper in the garbage which i wrote my wife’s name to find out the registry number. She also escalated the issue unprofessionally and insulted me really bad. Later i had to complaint to the manager regarding this particular employee. She didn’t even show the courtesy to apologize to the customer and i left the store without buying anything and decided not to go there anymore. Very unprofessional staff approach and doesn’t know how to talk to the customer politely.So be mindful people when you go to this particular location for shopping, Both regent and polo park location are far better than this.
