My daughter and I had a great experience buying skiing equipment from Logan on the weekend. His patience, knowledge and extremely friendly approach was very much appreciated. All of this in the middle of pre-Christmas Sunday rush. He spent the time to explain things and was candid about the pros & cons of choosing one item over another. We didn't feel rushed or ignored. Logan epitomizes what a 5-Star customer experience should be.
