My husband and I recently worked with Monica for both the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new home, and were beyond pleased with her services. When we decided we wanted to build a home, we knew we needed a professional to help us not only find the perfect lot and spec build for us, but we needed someone to help guide us through the months of planning that building a home entails. I never imagined Monica would have spent us much time as she did with us - providing advice and acting as our representative when working with the builder for the whole 8 months (and then some) it took to build our dream home. Monica was amazing to work with when selling my home. She was very patient, supportive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Even before the house was on the market she answered all questions I had and gave me great suggestions of how to be the most prepared to sell.Once the house was ready for the market, Monica came with her team and made the house look it’s best and got great photos to showcase it. Monica helped me relocate half-way through the Country in record time.The overall process has been extremely easy. She takes a very conversational approach to eliciting needs and wants: the questions were very candid and didn't feel like an interview. Through the process, I was able to better clarify my needs (which were not what I originally thought!). She made house visits engaging, educational (I asked a lot of questions, and she answered all of them patiently), and well-paced. When it was time to write an offer, she gave her honest feedback without being pushy.Once my offer was accepted, Monica not only continued to be a trusty advisor, but also made huge amounts of complexity disappear. Monica was very responsive to my questions (pretty much daily), very informative before and at each viewing as to general upkeep/home management and possible expenses, and supportive.
