Great store. Everything you could ever need. The staff are awesome

We have 2 West Highland Whites. We had been looking for a groomer for a long while that would know how to groom a Westie. (Westie Cut) We have been thru so many no luck! That changed when we went into Pet Value in Barrington NS. We had an appointment with Erika, we had talked previously on the phone when setting up the appointment. I was very impressed with the questions she asked. Right away she asked if we wanted the Westie Cut. When we came in our Westies took to her no problem. She understands dog behaviour and knows what she is doing. Our Westies were groomed, and they were beautiful, exactly how they should be groomed. Erika is kind and caring and is the perfect groomer for us. We have friends with Westies and have recommended that they go to her. Erika thank you so very much for taking such good care of our Fur Babies.

They have some great staff and the store is bright and clean.It is over priced and the return exchange policies can be confusing.The Betta fish are super sad but that seems to be a franchise issue across the board.Just make sure you compare prices before shopping and check out the clearance for deals (it's actually pretty great).

The staff here are really exceptionally helpful and kind, above and beyond what is expected. I especially wanted to say how much I appreciated Erica, their groomer. She made sure she knew everything about my dog and her health concerns and I felt confident leaving my little nervous dog in her care. The haircut is exactly what I wanted and Teddy loves it too!! thank you!!!
