Freshii

It is sad to say that this Freshii location is not living up to the franchise expectations and social recognition. This Freshii location has always let me down whenever I ordered food there for the past year. Over the course of a year, I ate there probably 5 times (I only review places I have been to once I had several dishes and/or visited there more than twice). For the majority of my complaints, it comes down to two issues: 1. The portions are not as filled in comparison to other Freshii locations 2. The preparation and quality control is not good. I have always wondered why are they giving me about 80% portioning in comparison to the other locations I have been to? Is it the limited resources of food they have? Or more the motivation to save on costs? Based on the three photos I submitted, I think it's more of the lack of quality and care. Several times when I ordered food that contains edamame and kale, they are I believe stale and the stem of the kale leaf should not be like this. I really do not like giving negative reviews however this Freshii location needs to improve. I will eventually return to see if their quality and quantity of food has improved in. The only two redeeming qualities are: 1. their location as it's near a gym and also across a popular movie theater district in Mississauga and 2. The look of the place is up to standard. If you want food from Freshii, please go to the Heartland location which is barely a 10 minute drive away.Updated review: Coming back to this location after my initial review, I ordered and ate twice at this establishment. Both times the food was good however I still stand by what I said. There is still a lack of care and quality. Both my orders did not have filled bowls and also a long stem of kale was left in the bowl yet again. Both times were orders of the umamii salad. I will come back and try this location again but another dish as I felt that there was no change. I am still hopeful for this location as I know there is a market for healthy food.

This is one of the worst Freshii location I visited ever. First of all no body was there at the counter and after 3-4 minutes one girl came.I asked for spicy lemongrass soup without rice noodles but some extra veggies. She brought the soup just watery with almost no vegetables.I requested for hot siracha but she refused to give as this as per her discontinued. I asked make sure the broth is vegetarian and she was not even aware of this.Overall I just wasted money to have boiled salt water and will never go to this location any more.

As a new customer I was sceptical to try some salad but the staff helped me to choose and they sampled the dressings.Which made it so easy to choose the right optionFood was fresh, salad was crispyAnd amazing service

East to west- Riya is best. Customer service is awesome. The food she make for me and my friends was fabulous. I even can’t explain how happy was my friend. The way of communication was soo polite. Definable 10 ⭐️ she deserves for her job.

Its wastage of money at this location. I have been to various Freshii locations but this here, completely different. Very bad customer service and delivery of the food. Please prefer other locations over this.

Not the first time that I’ve taken the time to drive to this location only to be told that they don’t have the menu item (usually one of the soups) because they haven’t made it. I can pretty much assure you this will be the last time. So annoying.

Went early in the dayThe guy named antonio was there.I think they just openedHe was so polite and helpful to choose me something for brunch.Definitely come back for more lunch and dinner options.

You can’t beat the all around appeal of price point, health food, and taste with Freshii. I noticed they had a new “dinner” or some sort menu with 4-5 options (e.g., teriyaki, chimichiurri) and had to try.

I honestly loved their service. I visited here for the fish time and ordered smoothies and that was awesome. I had a great experience. I would love to visit them again soon.

This place didn't have all the ingredients for their food. Asked if I could get extra of something else so I asked for extra almonds. I watched the guy prepared the food about 5 MINUTES AFTER I ordered. NO extra almonds, asked the cashier if the extra almonds was in it. She straight up lied and said, yes" Not going back to this place again."
