Prompt reply, good service, good communication: Reza showed up right on time, communicated clearly, and explained how to operate our equipment and clean the glass ourselves. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Totally ghosted by these jokers! I can't comment on the work because they didn't show up. I received a garbled voicemail three minutes before my appointment with Metro, something to the effect that he couldn't find parking (which is weird, because there was parking in front of my house.) Technician never answered his phone again, didn't reply to my voicemail and I never received any follow up. Don't waste your time.

We feel so lucky to have found Reza! He serviced our fireplace at our old house and again at our new house. Both times he was able to schedule an appointment within a day or two. He did a great job, was courteous, professional, and efficient. We will be calling him again in the future.

Our gas fireplace wouldn't light. We got in touch with Reza, and received a very quick response. Reza was very accommodating to our schedule. He came in, serviced the fireplace, diagnosed the problem and got it working in no time. Quick, flexible and professional service. Would definitely call again for the next service, and would highly recommend.

Reza is amazing at what he does. He answered my call right away and was willing to come and do a service the following day. He arrived exactly on time, was equipped with all the parts required, efficient, friendly, kind and gave me a very very good rate for his excellent service. He left my fireplace sparkling clean and in perfect working order. I highly recommend him for any gas fireplace service you might need, it was a delight to have him help me with a broken thermocouple and a full cleaning service. Don't look anywhere else - Reza is the absolute best!!

Reza has maintained my boiler, hot water tank, and fireplaces for many years now. He has also made a couple of emergency visits to fix things. He has done impeccable work, and I hope he stays in business for a long time! I highly recommend him and his company to anyone with a gas fireplace or furnace.

If you’re looking for a true professional to service your gas fire place, I highly recommend Reza. He taught us about our fireplace, fixed an ongoing issue, and recommended a carbon monoxide detector for the safety of my family, which was highly appreciative. Previous services we had from other companies have not been this thorough. He also updated our control/thermostat unit from analog to digital. And, months and months later when the thermostat became defective, one phone call to Reza and he was at our place installing a replacement unit within 2 hours. He’s also very kind and polite.
