The Godmother of the business Carla is number one when it comes to customer service organization and making sure that your car is detailed right down to the last inch just the way you want it. Stop scrolling! And choose to work with Wraptors for a chrome delete, blacked out headlight reflectors and back reflectors/taillight. Along with the windshield tinted, and front emblem. Very good quality, and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back for my paint correction and ceramic coat.

All I have to say the best customer service amazing staff I’ve always watched their work and I drove 5.5 hours from Ottawa to get my car done . They did an amazing job love would they did 100% would recommend anyone who wants there car wrapped ,coated etc go check them

I recommended this place for detailing to my relative. She went in for full detailing of her car and was told it would take 4 hours. She dropped off the car around 1 p.m.. Later the manager/supervisor called to advise car would be ready by 6:30 p.m....reach at 6:30 p.m. and car was not ready. When the car came out around 6:45 p.m. the results were shocking. She complained to the guy there, they took the car behind and brought back in 2-3 mins. You can see the AFTER detailing pictures attached. I would noo longer recommend this place to anyone for detailing.

So I wanted a new look on my Tesla Model 3 Performance and heard a lot of good things about Wraptors in Mississauga. I know they’ve been around for quite some time now and have a few different locations but their original location is Mississauga and you gotta go to where it started. I made the commute from Hamilton and glad I did. My Tesla was originally white, but I bet you can’t tell looking at the pictures. They did an amazing job, satin black wrap, gloss black chrome delete, smoked out the lights, tints, powder coated the rims fixing all the curb rash, ceramic coating. Felt like I was driving a new car. They even painted the callipers as a surprise when the car was ready for pick up.I’ve taken my car to a different place for tinting and they messed up the rear defroster to the point I had to get the entire glass replaced, I was initially hesitant on picking the right place to get things done but the team here provided me with experience and confidenceIt was pretty harsh weather when I picked up the car so there some very minor imperfections, brought the car back and there were no questions asked. Customer service was amazing. Zero complaints whatsoever and highly recommend anyone looking to customize the look of their vehicle to the Wraptors family.
