Went to get my newly painted (cured for ~8 days) rims installed. When I went to pick them up they mentioned there was a little paint that had come off due to the paint being still fairly fresh and the machine. I am a reasonable person and I understood that there could be slight damage because of this. However, the extent of damage to one of my rims far surpasses “a couple scratches”… It is important to note that every other rim has some slight scratches and I understand that and I am fine with that. But they absolutely butchered one of my rims. If it was just the machine then all of these should have turned out like that, yet only one is damaged to such an extent….**UPDATE**Owner or manager has reached out as you can see below, but doesn’t actually provide me any phone number to contact them…. I emailed you guys about this issue 9 months ago and was ignored. Regardless, I have now sold the car and the rims being damaged was taken into consideration on my final amount, can’t say I will ever return, nor recommend.

I brought my car in to inquire about getting new tires and an alignment. The service advisor was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was able to get me a deal on Pirelli all seasons! My appointment was scheduled for the next day. Although my car is lowered, they were able to service it at this shop. The service was quick - I received my car back within an hour. The mechanic was also very friendly. I noticed a huge improvement in my car’s handling with the new tires and alignment. I was extremely pleased with Big O Tires’ service and workmanship. I’ll be returning here for future services. I highly recommend this location!

These guys were awesome. Super fast and found me some slight used tires that matched my car and saved me a bunch of cash. And didn’t get mad at me for getting them to order in the wrong sized tires.Super friendly and helpful. Nissan quoted me double for what I got from big ol tires.Highly recommend!

I had a tire with a slow leak fixed at Big O Tires, it was done promptly. I then requested a quote for a new set of tires and a month later called back for more information and was advised that All Weather tires would be the best choice for my car. I will have them installed tomorrow.Great advice, great service.

Had a great experience here selecting, purchasing and having new tires installed. Their staff was incredibly knowledgeable and were quickly able to provide all of the information I needed to upgrade to a larger set of tires over the phone and booked an appointment for the same week, everything arrived on time and I was even notified a few days prior that my tires/ spare rim had all arrived and were ready for my appointment, having taken time from work for the appointment this was a welcomed peace of mind. They were ready for the appointment on time and a friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking team went to work in what seemed like a very efficient system. The managers seemed to provide a great working atmosphere for their whole crew and it showed in the end result overall. I would highly recommend this location for tires and will be booking future service through their other departments based on my experience today for sure.

Big O have always done great work at great prices. I recently took a car in for work on the emergency brake and they fixed it quickly, only charging for the labour. I’ll certainly use them again.

Cannot say enough good things about Big O Tire's Garage. I've been seeing them consistently for a couple years. Great service. Always book in with a reasonable time. And such fair pricing. Everyone should support this great local business.

These guys are heros! We were from out of town, in a rental, and had a ferry time to make back to the mainland. We got a flat and had no jack. We called around and they said they could get us in, even though they closed at 5. We got towed there, they fixed it, and we were on our way a little after 5. Please go to these people. They are amazing.

We were having trouble finding replacement tires for our beloved old caravan, but Big O Tires came to the rescue! They were pleasant to deal with and ordered the tires/had them installed promptly and for a great price. Will def be coming back!Thanks you guys
