Great first time customer experience. We had to shut off the water to our house due to a broken UV filtration system. Matt took time out of his long weekend to complete the service call. After our experience with Blue Water we would recommend them to anyone! Great service!

The worst customer experience...ever. No problem solving or accommodations are offered for a punch card I bought over a year ago and still cannot use because of their Covid protocols. Waste of money.

We had an excellent experience recently when one of their team came and serviced our water treatment system. Some of the best customer service we have ever received, very informative and prompt. Cannot recommend them enough!

I tried Aqua Pure and after 2 attempts, found their water to have a taste, YUK!I am now back with Blue Ridge and will remain a customer. Their water is tasteless like it should be. I'm also happy to find a closer dispenser machine within a few km from my house rather than traveling to the other side of town. Thanks guys!

I did not like how the water machine inside business said it ozonated rinse in the sanitizing machine when ozone has a pungent smell. I don't believe this machine work's. I returned my bottles and asked for my deposit back of $20 and was told it would be mailed to me and never received the cheque. Bunch of crooks, I would not trust the quality of the water you are putting in to your body either.

A great little store. Nice selection of wine kits and some beer kits too. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Great central northside location makes this place a great place to get supplies and stock up.
