Centrally located in Metrotown Mall. The mall was closing but they still let us come in to take a quick look. There were not a lot of deals and the prices are high. The store looked cluttered. My daughter loves the stuffy she bought there.

Rude staff, felt like they were following me around the store and it made me super uncomfortable. Like...I didnt even have a bag with me? Like don't worry Im not going to steal the cheap, costume-y jewelry that goes green pretty easily. Honestly I just stick to Icings upstairs. They have similar things but the staff are so much nicer.

They got some good stuff in their for kiddies, but way too expensive to keep going back..

We had an awful experience having my 2 year old ears pierced. The woman who I believe was the manager was so not helpful and showing attitude and rolling eyes. She made my daughter so anxious by forcing her to move her head thousand times until she got tired, nervous and cranky. I highly recommend families not to take their kids there for piercing

Very very rude staff. Very very very poor customer service. Staff rolling eyes, unfriendly, unkind, you would even hear them talk behind the back of a client and laugh. They seem to look down on their customer. Poor choices of words in communicating. Just sad, my first and last purchase. Never again!

Fantastic service.I give Caitlin @ Metrotown 5 stars!She is kid friendly, cheerful, and gave good advise!My daughter was very nervous of the ear piercing, but Caitlin made her feel easier.At first, I worried about the cleanliness at Claire's, and afraid they were not professional. However, Caitlin changed my thoughts.She sanitized everything. Table and tools were cleaned. She carefully marked the ear, and explained to me every step she did.Since we did both ears at the same time, she reminded the other staff to wash hands and put on gloves upon arriving at the station.I would definitely recommend Claire's to others!

Brought my teen age girl for piercing. Read their website before and noticed their stainless steel earrings r medical stainless steel. When we told the staff we wanted to try the cheapest stainless steel at $43, the staff told us their stainless steel ear rings r not medical and it is very risky for first time piercing as it’s easy to get allergic, and they strongly recommended us to take the cheapest 14k gold one at $75… seems that what they said were contradictory with the website.

I got my ears pierced here, and the lady doing it for me was very nice about it. She let me adjust the earring placement however I wanted, and showed me how the staff would usually mark it. Though the actual stuff there is quite pricey and quality wasn't the best. I can say it was a nice experience even though everyone else I've met told me otherwise. If you want to pierce your ears, this Claire's isn't half bad at it.

The manager there (I believe her name us Gulu) did an amazing job when I had extra piercings done in my ears. She really took the time to ensure that they lined up perfectly!! Very pleased. 5/5.
