It took this organization 4 months to finally file the correct and necessary paperwork with Enbridge’s HER+ department to complete my file, despite me reaching out to them on multiple occasions via telephone and email and letting them know that Enbridge did not have the complete file in order to process my rebate. They dismissed me at every opportunity and assured me that everything was fine when clearly it was not.Shame on everyone at this company that has been so negligent and incompetent in the handling of my file! To my surprise I was told today that I now have to wait an additional 6 MONTHS for a rebate cheque because my file was “JUST SUBMITTED ON JUNE 21ST”! When I was made to believe by all of them that it was submitted on February 3rd!Hopefully, I will be get my rebate cheque by January 2024 of next year! At that point I will have waited an entire year after the fact! This organization is a big joke. What a complete waste of time and money. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this company!

After four months found out that the paperwork for energy rebate was not submitted. Called and THEN it was submitted. But wasted 4 months waiting. Very disappointed.

I don't know if this company is still in business. I booked a first audit with them for Canada Greener Homes program. The report provided by the energy advisor was provided to me directly which had a list of recommended upgrades.However when the report was finally available on Canada Greener Homes portal, the list of upgrades did not match the report provided by the energy advisor. I called Canada Greener Homes and they said the energy advisor would have to fix it. It's been 2.5 months now and it's not fixed, I've sent several emails o the energy advisor without any response.I've called and left message to Summer at Ridge Energy customer service about this and it's been over two weeks without a callback.
