Very unfriendly. I recommend going elsewhere for travel needs. Wants money first without allowing you to ask what you need or if they help you get required documents for travel when you go through them for a trip.

When my 20-year old son decided to go to Europe for a course and additional travel, I knew I needed a travel professional I could trust! That led me to Bob and the team at Epic Travel. We worked with Marissa and she was a dream!!!She was knowledgeable, practical and so helpful. She found efficient (cost and time) travel options to Europe and throughout. She provided a comprehensive plan and itinerary. She also made superb and appropriate advice. It was invaluable!I will absolutely trust all my future travel to this amazing team!!!!Highly, highly recommend!!!

Contacted Marisa at Epic Travel on a recommendation of a very close friend. Four of us met with the travel agent to plan a huge adventure of a life time. The travel agent really wasn't interest in us while we were there and although we got a preliminary itinerary, it is now a month with no response to some pretty basic questions (cost and private/small group tour) . This in NOT Epic Travel, it is Epic Failure! Save yourself some time - go else where for you travel needs.

After booking a cruise which would take us up the east coast of Australia my wife and I made a visit to Tanya Idzan at Epic Travel in St. Albert. We asked her to help us arrange travel for those parts of Australia we would not see on our cruise.After talking to Tanya about some of the places we would like to visit she handed us a booklet from Go Way travel and told us that we would find everything we would need in the document.Tanya was right. Go Way is an Australian company with offices in Canada. Their booklet contained everything we needed. We had Go Way book internal flights in Australia, one way car rentals, transfers to and from airports, hotels and tours.With Go Way’s expertise my wife and I were able to have a fabulous holiday. We would like to thank Tanya for steering us to the right company.Every hotel we stayed in was great and every town we stopped in had much to add to our journey. In fact at one stop we were asked how we found the town because it was in such an out of the way place. Remarkable!!I would highly recommend Epic Travel to you. They provide excellent service and will help you to have a terrific holiday.

Not impressed. Refused to answer any questions with the response of ,we have not had any revenue in 17 months

Marissa has helped me plan 2 seperate complicated trips. Both times she was extraordinary and I know saved me lots of money because of her extensive knowledge. I would highly recommend her
