I had a leak in my basement and Phil was able to source the leak and fix it. He found mold and treated it with nontoxic chemicals. He walked me through the whole process. If you are hesitating on whether or not to call...CALL. The level of professionalism was top notch.

Phil is amazing! I was horrified to discover black mold growing under the baseboards beside my shower. I contacted Phil on Saturday morning and he was at my house within a couple hours. My stress was eased after he assessed for moisture around my bathtub and throughout my bathroom. I was super relieved when he told me the problem was fairly minor, and could be fixed that day. He was able to kill the mold with an all natural product, removed and discarded any affected drywall/baseboards, and the problem was solved! I was super impressed with his courtesy, friendliness, honesty, and professionalism.

Had a flood in our basement. Phil showed up right away, he dealt with the flood very quickly. He then went above and beyond to assist us in identifying the cause and help rectify the issue. Phil is wonderful to deal with, he is courteous, kind, thorough, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. A roof leak happened to my property last year December, Reign Restoration came and stop the leak. Moreover, they charge much lower fee comparing to the other restoration company that I dealt with before. I will definitely recommend this company, hope more company can do business with profession and good faith, especially in this industry.

Phil’s knowledge of every facet of home construction and restoration is very apparent when he explains what needs to be done. Phil will only complete a job the right way. He is prompt, courteous and makes sure that the job is done to the satisfaction of his clients. He called and texted me personally to make sure that I was satisfied with the work of his crew.

Phil and his team did an amazing job, coming downstairs to having water damage is never a fun experience. But Restoration 1 responded quickly to help get my house back to pre damage condition. Phil is a genuine person and really went the extra mile for me. Very responsive. Easy to deal with. Nobody is ready to deal with a major leak in their house and when you’re reaching out to find somebody to come help immediately, it’s not as easy as you think. Phil was on the ball, at my house and cleaning up the mess in no time at all. He has pretty good patience and is pretty tolerant in tough situations. Straight forward.The work is almost done here and I can’t wait to see the finished product. So far pretty great with just the painting to go.I would use him again in the future for sure!

We were provided Phil’s name as a highly-regarded reference from a family member when our laundry room sink overflowed across multiple floors. His personal service was exceptional in every way. We were so lucky to have Phil Luhmert come to our assistance last Friday. It was late in the day yet he still offered to come to our home (an hour away) to attend to a mold problem we had in our en-suite. He cleaned it out using eco and environmentally friendly products, then set up a dehumidifier and we let in run for 3 days. Today, Phil came to pick up the machine, retested our en-suite and demonstrated that the mould problem was gone. Phil is very personable and pays a lot of attention to the details. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs them - and he would be the first person I would call if I had any further problems arise!
