Google should give a option of negative stars. These guys can make a plane wait before the gate for 30mins. No clue why westjet keeps the contract with them

Flew with Westjet from Heathrow, I only have an hour and half layover but then I have to wait 50 mins for my baby stroller at door of aircraft , ATS employee prioritize the baggage first. I did complain to the staff of westjet but they said yyc airport hired contractors which is ATS..so frustrating.

I’d love to understand what the labour board would say about you clowns telling people that they’re hired part time work documentation and then indicating they’d have to reapply when they can work full time. This company is a joke, your staff are brainless squids from the netherworld, and you need to start treating staff with diligence and respect. Your crewbosses are also uneducated, and racist. I will be filing labour board complaints against the company

WestJet subcontracted the baggage handlers to ATS just to pay $17 an hour when WestJet in Vancouver is paying $23…. ATS is a joke of a company if people wondering why it’s taking so long for your bags to get to the belts it’s because workers are not willing to work under-30 weather and get pay $17. @westjet you should also be ashamed.

Terrible. Every time I fly into YYC I have had to wait on the runway to deplane then wait for my luggage in the terminal. Do better.

While waiting for our flight, we were watching the staff loading a plane at the airport for WestJet. ATS has been hired by WestJet to replace the TAG team for about a year now. What a bad idea. These guys don't care at all about baggage like TAG did. I watched them load a wheelchair and make it fall from the top of the belt loader. Did they even check the wheelchair when they reloaded the chair back onto the belt loader? No. Just a heave-ho and acting like it never happened. I sincerely hope the person using the wheelchair doesn't have a problem, because that wheelchair fell about 6 feet onto the concrete. Quite a pathetic show and I wish I was recording it!

Just flew in to YYC from Winnipeg. Arrived via WJ 223 on time at 22:05. Waited for over an hour and a half and then went to customer service to ask about bags. One new WJ employee called to inquire and was told ATS had not yet started to unload the plane. When the employee asked what time the bags could be expected, the ATS employee responded “you choose a time and tell them”. Customers could hear these comments and it was so horribly unprofessional. What an absolute joke ATS is. So disappointed. We had to leave without our bag and have no idea if we will ever receive it.

No sense CYYC !! No services lack of employees ! We wait for gate every flight ! one guy to load …no water… waste service. Please do something cant continue like this !

winter time they beg on their knees for you to work and when summer hits, their egos come out. overall a nice place to work and easy workload but the upper management are power trippers like chill u work at ats
