We had Altus survey our yard before building a fence. We were quoted at $200 an hour and told that it would take about an hour. Sure enough, the guys showed up, stood around for about 15 minutes and then spent 45 minutes surveying the lot. They were gone within the hour. When we got the bill it was $600. They told us that they start billing from the moment they leave their shop. My house is a five minute drive from Cardinal Crescent so even if that were true they are over billing and they know it. We tried to contest it and they told us that if we didn't pay up they would send us to collections. We are still trying to fight it but I think it is a losing battle. Save your money and find someone with integrity.

Chris and the crew at Altus surveyed our land for a livestock fence. It hadn't been done since 1917. They did an outstanding job and pushed through tough bush and sloughs. Excellent service, communication, and best of all great value. As promised and more. Would rate higher if possible.

Seen these guys doing there job.They had nice equipment quads on tracks. Great bunch of guys but Totally had no clue as to why there driving on under seeded crop.Totally would’ve never noticed or cared but I did and it’s my crop.Was gunna do business but after seeing that nope.Update 6 hours later And then to boot after the review I looked on my private property and they totally marked right over my helipad. With no regards or permission or right of way.Updated after owner reviewed.I tried to contact the operation manger Mike to no avail to try to resolve the damage crop issue. . Got directed different times to the wrong people.I kept all my footage and recorded the estimate crop loss and damages to the private property and still they haven’t given a thought or came to look at the damage.Fwd. after trying to resolve issues to no avail I just went with the real services from meridianAnd I have to kings court claim for the damages these hacks did

After reading the advice offered by a former client (the one with the $600 invoice...), I prefer to hire someone else. Integrity and fairness are primordial in business. Remember that.
