Mr. Walter's plumbing business rates 5 stars from me. He always answers his phone and he usually gets to your problem within a day... unless it an emergency. If that is the case, he comes immediately. We were having problems with water quality last summer. He diagnosed the problem immediatley and it was resolved within 7 days. The only delay was with the water testing service. He will always be our plumber !!

Water was leaking through the floor and into the basement. The floor was warping. I needed a plumber and Darrel answered his phone. At first, he said it would take two days. Then. he changed his mind and said he could come out the next morning. He arrived earlier than expected and the problem was fixed within a couple of hours. I recommend Darrel...his experience was evident by how quickly he fixed the problem.

We thought Walters plumbing was wonderful! Answer phone came through next day, install new water heating and a new toilet, gave some additional advice how to avoid plumbing issues when we are not at the cabin. Was very humorous in his story telling. We had a very pleasant experience with a not so fun situation

Wediscussed the job he said he couldn't make it out unti Sunday to repair my water hesterpiping. I said I had another call out waiting to hear back. I said I would let him know because I would prefer sooner than 5 days.He told me to lose his number and to never call him again.His request has been granted.

Daryl Walters is our first call when we have plumbing issues at any of our rental units or our home. He gives fast, friendly service and stands behind his work. His rates are very reasonable, and he understands that time is of the essence when there is a plumbing problem. We’ve called him after hours several times. If he can’t get the job done for some reason, he will recommend someone that can. He’s a good guy and we recommend him highly.

I called to inquire about a gas stove installation. He told me he'd have to do two services calls to see what connection would be needed. When I said it was a brand new appliance from home depot and I could send pics or the website to save money he said he'd pass as he doesn't like working with new Home Depot appliances. Whattt?

Horrible. I have been trying to help my mom find a plumber while I'm in town to shut down the ice maker line on her fridge. The person I spoke to was rude, condescending and didn't seem very knowledgeable. I knew the first time he called me sweetie" (in the patronizing way) I was not only finished with the call

Christmas morning we woke up to frozen water lines in our basement. This was the first place that we were able to reach, and initially he was not available... totally expected on Christmas, but he called me back and gave me his assistant's number. The repair was completed before noon, and we will be contacting them again for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!! There really are angels among us!

If you are in need of a great plumber, Daryl Walters is your guy! He is dependable—answers his phone, returns calls and shows up on time. That is all in addition to doing great work. He helped us with a complicated water heater problem and stuck with it until it was resolved. I highly recommend him.
