Had a stressful experience in dealing with this mover.A promise of car delivery within 7 -10 business days from Mississauga, Ontario to Calgary, Alberta turned into almost 5 weeks. Many of my phone calls were not answered and most of those that were answered did not have any proper response on what was the status. It sounds like Jermaine Sinclair, the guy that says he is the manager, does everything and is the only one who can answer your phone call properly if ever you will get a chance to have him on the phone. I made a complaint to BBB so that this can be recorded.

First of all, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.They were suppose to ship my car from Montreal to Kitchener in 1-2 days (according to their email) and it took 11 days.First of all, this company is run by one man called Jermain. You're lucky if you can get a hold of him. The other employee that is just there to answer calls will always tell you that he will call you back, he WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK. His voicemail is full and his email address stopped working ( he either blocked me or his mail box is full). So you have to keep calling to speak to himI will break down what happened.They were suppose to pick up car on February 4th (Tuesday), I got no calls nothing. I had to remind them to pick up the car. So after calling multiple times, the car was finally picked up.I was told that my car will be here in Kitchener on Thursday. So I many times on Wednesday, when I finally get a response, he tells call me when he close to Kitchener.I got nothing on Thursday. He then told me Friday, I got nothing on Friday. I call the next Monday, I get told that I will receive the car on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I got told THE CAR WAS STILL IN MONTREAL. He said I will get it Wednesday, he will bring it himself!On Wednesday, he did not ship the car and never answered the phone. I finally got it on Thursday and the car was DAMAGED. A whole body panel was missing! He said his driver got it like that in Montreal, yet he did not make my father (in Montreal) sign a waiver about the damages before he picked up the car.He then shows me a waver completed on February 10th (6 days after the car was picked up) mentioning the damages YET THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SIGNATURE ON IT. He thinks A WAIVER IS VALID WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE.Now I will go through their first email, the one filled with promises . I will list what they say and what actually happenedWHY BOOK WITH DOUBLE LINE TRANSPORT SYSTEM :DAILY DEPARTURES: Double Line Transport has trucks departing most cities across Canada on a daily basis. This means that your vehicle will not sit on a lot or in a warehouse for days waiting to be loaded, It will get to its destination faster.WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED:THE CAR SAT IN MONTREAL IN A PARKING LOT FOR A WEEK BEFORE GETTING SHIPPED . I would have stayed in Montreal longer if I did not call 3 times a dayEFFICIENT LOGISTICS: We have a better logistics system to get your vehicle moving. Most other companies will keep your vehicle until they get a full load going for example from Toronto to Calgary. Instead of waiting on a full load to go to one destination Double Line can load your vehicle with other units for example going to Winnipeg, Brandon, Regina this means your vehicle will be in Transit and not on a lot for a week or two like other carriers do.WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED:Same as previous pointDIRECT ACCESS: With Double Line Transport you will never need to deal with a third party. We are there for you from the vehicle is picked up till it is safely delivered. We provide your updates and peace of mind for the entire duration of your trip.WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED:My car was picked up by a THIRD PARTY (who damaged the car) in Montreal. They do not provide updates, you will call, you will be put on a waiting line, then asked to leave a message but the voice mail is full. You will never have a peace of mind!I will file a complaint with BBB and try to get them to repair my car. The damages are over 400$.Avoid this company at all cost if you value your car !If you require more info/pictures/emails or calls exchanged between me and them, message me.

I had my car shipped from Calgary to Toronto this summer around September! thy promised to deliver the car within 5-7 days. the car took about 17 days to come in and this is me being over hi head calling everyday 7-10 time just to get someone to speak to! The guy called Jermaine is the worst to deal with, the whole company is a one man show.The service that I requested is to deliver the car to my door but I had to go to his office and waited about 4 hours for him to come in, also the car was covered with dust and had a flat tire on plus they have my front bumper scratched and as soon as I got my keys he left and didn't even bother to ask if everything is OK.If you are looking for a stressful service and want your blood pressure to increase get your car shipped with them, BTW he only started asking where my car is after I told him that I'll call the police and report the car stolen!!On top of that when I was waiting in hi office her got a call from Vancouver saying that they have shipped the wrong car from Calgary!! she have a black Ben and when she went to lost to get car she was giving a silver one, I don't think this can get any worse.I'll defiantly call the BBB and file a complaint.

Do not use this company! You will regret it!! Horrible service and communication with the representative (Jermaine) was very difficult. I transported my car from Brampton to Calgary and at one point, I thought my car was stolen because I did not hear from anyone to know the status of my vehicle. I was promised arrival between 5-7 days, and it took over 2 weeks. Plus, the car was taken to some furniture parking lot (not was I was told) and was stored there for a few days without me knowing! On top of that, my car was really dirty and found rocks on my hood and windshield. Just a horrible experience and glad it's over with.
