Definitely one of the best stores of it's kind in the greater area for sure! Very clean, organized, and well kept! The selection is very wide and lots of things to choose from with different budgets is especially helpful. The employees are very friendly; I especially loved dealing with Devin, they were so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable with me and had lots of advice on many of the toys. Definitive five stars, would definitely recommend, and look forward to visit again!

Best service I’ve ever gotten from any of these types of stores. Luna was very nice and extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed as well as suggesting other helpful items to go along with it. 10/10 would shop again.

This was my first visit to this location and I had an exception experience with Devin last night! I was welcomed and I really appreciate the information I was given and the time spent with me to go over different options. It felt like a late night hang out with a really good friend! Usually have good experience coming here but today I walked in and could not test out the whip on my hand to test it out. I got yelled at by one of the staff I believe they had short orange/red hair.

Amazing service but far too cold for humans in this place

Going inside is already quite nice, the place is clean and very welcoming, had some troubles but the staff was really nice and friendly helping resolve every problem or answer any question. Devin especially was really helpful on directing me to everything I needed or asked and just made the experience a lot more enjoyable.

I just left the store after having a really negative experience.The two young men working at the cash register were incredibly reluctant to help me and they provided no assistance whatsoever. I approached them and asked if they could help me find the women’s clothing and he looked me up and down and said “the plus size clearing clothing is in the back.”Really disappointed in the staff tonight around 6 PM. Not only did I personally have a negative experience but I feel bad for their coworker Paige. The entire time I was there these two associates had nothing but condescending and rude remarks about this individual.I’d really consider training staff on appropriate work conversations and how to actually assist paying customers.

Amazing place to shop, the customer service was absolutely incredible :) Not sure of the name of the lady that helped me but she is amazing!
