DR kINI is the best doctor. He gave me the best advice I had alot of medical conditions and I don't have them anymore because of him. He gives the best advice. Call him to book a appointment. The receptionist is really good as well. Thank you

Doctors are great.But the front desk attendants are extremely rude, absolutely zero compassion or empathy in their tone while speaking to a patient.This makes a patient feel worse than how they were feeling before they entered the clinic.

I have been a patient here for nearly 10 years and cannot say anything but praise and gratitude. The doctors (Dr. Kini and Dr Gambhir) are angels, always caring, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. The reception staff have always been accommodating, appointment times within reasonable timelines. The office is always clean. As a healthcare provider myself, I am happy to rely on this clinic when I or my family needs medical attention.

Both Dr. Kini and Dr. Gambhir are very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, detail-oriented doctors who never rush (they give you their 110% attention). My family and I are very fortunate to have them both as our doctors. In addition, the 2 receptionists at the front are excellent (very pleasant and professional) - they do a magnificent job of running this extremely busy practice.

The front desk gujrati lady is very rude. I was confirmed by the Dr Kini to come on Monday and see Dr but when i went to the clinic the Gujrati lady was so rude to me and did not allow me to see Dr. I informed her i have some serious back issues and i have an emergency and i need to see the Dr. Gujrati lady said untill unless you have a fever above 105 celcius we will not consider it emergency. I told her you are neither a Dr nor an RN how can you make a statement that it’s not an emergency. Then i said untill unless i am dying you will not allow me to see the Dr. Gujrati lady said yes untill you die we will not allow you too see Dr.Additionally she made a comment that there is not walkin available but at the same time she allowed another gujrati lady to do walk in. Seriously front desk gujrati lady is discriminating against Punjabis and she behaves very rudely.Lastly when i told her i was given this appointment by Dr itself. She said Dr does not know anything.Dr kini is very good but her receptionist gujrati lady is very rude and now she also started the assessment of patients even though legally she is not supposed too. I hope Dr kini will take some actions against her. The google reviews are full of her rude behaviour

If you have patient to wait for more than 2 hours then only go for this clinic. They reschedule my appointment 2 time saying that doctor are busy. If you have booked appointment on given time then you have to wait another 1 or 2 hours after your scheduled appointment time. Do not waste your time and find another doctor who have some time and save your time in waiting.

So sad to give 1 star, when thinking about Dr Gambhir and Kini. But the 2 ladies sitting at the front desk is making this place a miserable one. Thinking about going to the clinic itself is a negative feeling. These two ladies show so much attitude and arrogance while dealing with patients. They let their known ones go in before others who had been waiting there for long time. I don’t know if doctors know about this.Both the doctors are really good though.

The receptionists are absolutely the worst to deal with. I’ve been trying to meet with either Dr. Kini or Dr. Ghambir for the past two weeks, I’ve been in twice as a walk in (calling prior to me going in) both times the receptionists mentioned the wait time will be no longer than an hour and both times they’ve informed me (after I’ve waited over two hours) that the doctor will not be able to tend to me as they’re over booked with appointments, so I proceeded to booking an appointment and an hour prior to the appointment I get a phone call from the receptionist saying “the office is closed for today and we will reopen in a couple of days”, when asked to reschedule the appointment she proceeded to tell me “I can’t reschedule right now call back on Monday (this conversation happened on a Thursday)”, there is absolutely no sense of accountability on the staffs part. I really hope the doctors know how their patients are being treated and what is going on with their front desk staff. I’ve never dealt with the more arrogant and unprofessional front desk. Both the doctors are great, but good luck trying to meet with either one of them. Don’t waste your time and find another doctor.

Great doctors! If you want to request either doctors (female or male) you can definitely request for personal preference. No complains there.I've been a patient for 5/6 years And the receptionist before was organized, kind, and bilingual. She work by herself and could keep up the pace with multiple clients coming in and out of the office but now there are two ladies who don't seem organized, couldn't understand English properly, and need more training.I would give them a higher rating but the receptionist aren't doing a good job

Dr Vishwas Kini" is best in what he does. Kamna ( receptionist ) is very polite and always does her best to accommodate. The only draw back is that You have to wait for 1-2 hours even after having appointment."
