Crystal’s Pet Services (Guinea Pig & Rabbit boarding)

Crystal took very good care of our Guinea pig Maple. She sent me updates every once in a while, and I had nothing to worry about. Compared to pet stores, I would definitely take this than any other place. Maple looks very healthy, and he seems very happy.

We have now had Crystal look after our 2 lovable male guinea pigs a few times. I don't trust anyone else but Crystal. She knows GP's and takes such good care of them. She is so knowledgeable about GP's that she has helped us with caring for ours. Highly recommend!

I’m so incredibly happy with my experience with Crystal! I was going away for 11 days and didn’t really have any options when it came to my bunny’s boarding arrangements. Thankfully I came across Crystal! I was very nervous leaving my bun alone but Crystal assured me that he was in good hands and he definitely was! I was very pleased to see the set up she had for him and she was so incredibly thorough in making sure our bun felt at home. She sent me emails updating us and pictures as well. I would 110% recommend!!

I am so blessed to find Crystal and her loving care for small animals!We left our 7 year old guinea pig Gilley with Crystal for 13 days when we went on vacation and this is the first time we have ever left him with anyone. I knew he was in good hands as soon as I met her! She is very kind and knowledgeable.His cage was all set up with his own name tag and she provided everything for him ..food and hay and her wonderful care.I really appreciated how she sent us updates and pictures of how he was doing. That really made my day!Her rates are incredible for what she provides. I am so happy to have found Crystal and her pet services. Will definitely bring my guinea pig there whenever we're away...thank you Crystal!

Crystal is a heaven sent for furry parents like us! When I saw her website, I already have a feeling that it will be a good place for our furry babies to stay with while were on vacation. I contacted her and booked the boys for certain dates, and I already felt that I knew that I made a good decision on making with business with her. I had a very heavy feeling-sadness leaving them. But after I saw Crystal's place and met her and saw how warmth she is with the boys, I put my mind at ease. I know the boys were in good hands. After almost a week, I can definitely say that we will come back to her. Crystal is very accommodating, loving, respectful and a very fair person when it comes to dealing with her clients and with our pets. I cannot thank you enough for taking care of the boys. I strongly recommend her and her service to all other guinea pig owners. Thank you again!

Crystal looked after our little bunny Kacey while we were across Canada for my son's wedding. We were able to completely relax knowing that Kacey was in excellent hands. Crystal was kind enough to send updates to us on how Kacey was doing since this was the first time we have had to leave her. I would highly recommend Crystal for pet care. I have used Crystals services several times and always felt at ease leaving my 3 guinea pigs with her. She is extremelyattentive and knowledgeable about small animals. I have very high standards for my pets care and Crystal exceeded them. She does her best to accommodate the dates needed. My girls love her and enjoy their time there.

Not only is Crystal small pet savvy, but she’s a genuinely caring and kind person. We’ve been boarding with her for 2 years now and she’s the only person I trust to watch our bunny boy. To top it off, her rates are more than fair and her communication is excellent. She even gives updates and shares pictures over the course of the stay. I would 100% recommended!

We were so fortunate to find Crystal! She is such a lovely kind person who has cared for our two guinea pigs on a number of occasions. One of our piggies has health issues and Crystal is so knowledgeable and attentive to his needs. Highly recommended!

Crystal did a wonderful job taking care of our guinea pigs, I know they had a good time being with her and I didn't feel stressed at all on my trip because I knew they were in capable hands. I also appreciate how easy she made the process since we didn't have to supply our own cage or anything, and with that in mind it was also extremely affordable rates! I will definitely be using Crystal again next time we go away
