Friendly staff. But could have assisted better with my concern. They went onto my account to let me know it would cost me more to try to fix my broken tablet than to just get a new one. Totally slipped my mind to tell them to cancel the plan. I shown them the screen. They mentioned try a third party. I finally remembered I never cancelled the tablet service until a couple days ago. Would have been nice to have the employees cancelled from then.

I went in to change my phone plan from another provider. I received excellent service from Chiara. She explained all the options with the associated costs very clearly and after I made my selection handled the changeover seamlessly. A very strong recommendation!

Went into this Bell store to upgrade my phone and was helped by Korby. He was very helpful and professional with getting me set up with my new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra! He transfered all my data from my old phone to my new phone, put on the screen protector and fit me with an otterbox case to keep it protected. He definitely made it an easy upgrade! The other staff at the store were very friendly as well. I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family!

I went in to inquire about transferring my service provider to Bell, as I entered the store I was greeted very pleasantly by Cameosha. She. Was able to answer my questions and she was beyond friendly and kind with me and her associates. She defines what customer service should be like. Korby was very helpful and kind as well. Needless to say I got my phone and plan as this location and now belong to Bell.

I went in to sign up for a phone plan and was assisted by Chiara. She was so sweet and cheerful and help find a perfect plan for me and my family. She had a very positive attitude and answered all my questions clearly. if you need a phone plane I highly recommend you go to the Vaughan mills location and request Chiara. 10/10 service. She deserves a raise fr.

Went down to this location to get the Wi-fi router replaced after being on the phone with support for an hour. Get to the store and the barcode for the login system is not on the back of the device, instead of just phoning head office or just pulling my account up from his end he made me get back on call with support were I had to waist another 30 minutes on the phone with them, when it would have taken less than a minute to do it himself. I informed him that I have lived in 5 different countries and this is the worst customer support I have ever received from a tech company, his response to that was, well 4 out of 5 customers of Bell feel this way so that's to bad. If I could give 0 starts I would I was absolutely appalled by the behavior and allowance of this, for what assume was his manager was right next to him.

Most racist store ever. The manager is black and she is the most racist person ever. Very poor customer service. They don’t even know what they doing…dont go there.. if they see you dress nice you can afford 2 3 phone at the same time they are jealous and they will accuse you being a fraud..
