Made an appointment. They didn’t even open up the shop that day, let alone call to reschedule until 9pm that night. Rescheduled for two days later after work. I showed up 5 minutes early only to stand in front of a locked door…. Again, for 15 minutes without a sighting of any employee anywhere. What a f’n waste of my time! Don’t waste yours, go somewhere that is glad to take your money for a service done right, the FIRST time!

Went to get my glass fixed there, amazing service! Was super fast to reply, handled everything professionally over phone and email, and even the replacement was quick. (Plus they washed and vacuumed my car!) - great service thank you so much!

M-Power is definitely a 5 star shop. It’s one of the best in the city. Their work is always good and reliable. The owner (Ross) is very professional, friendly and helpful. At M-power they use the best parts and they guarantee their quality.If you ended up going to M-power you won’t be disappointed.

I chose to bring my vehicle here as they were on MPI's list of accredited shops and I'm so glad I did. My tail light had to be repaired due to a hit and run incident and unfortunately the part the shop ordered arrived defective. However the shop owner was quick to communicate this and ordered another part immediately. A courtesy vehicle was provided and was greatly appreciated! Spectacular work was performed and I would absolutely recommend this shop to family and friends! My car was super clean when I picked it up and wonderfully detailed inside and out, a very nice surprise :)

Hands down the worst shop I’ve ever dealt with. They had my car for months. I called every week and they would assure me it would be completed by weeks end. But something always came up. Had to go down at least a dozen times and confront the dude that owns it and demand my car be fixed. No apology ever offered and no discount provided for the extensive delay. I much prefer Winter’s Auto! Will never go anywhere else again, especially not this place

Went here because my wife and I were stuck on the road with no serpentine belt in our van. These guys got the new belt, and a tensioner pulley - and put it in while we were there with our 3 kids! It's tough to find good service these days - I definitely recommend these guys if that is something you value!Update: We have had more work done here since the original review was done, and I wanted to update the review. Still worth the 5 stars at the very least, and I would give more if I could! Although our last repair did take a bit longer than expected, the attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal - our old van now handles like a Cadillac! Ross (the owner, hopefully I'm spelling his name right) is most definitely one of the rarest kinds of mechanic that you can find - trustworthy! I have never had *any* mechanic tell me that something is okay for now, but will need to be considered in the future. I am nothing short of amazed! Ross, please pass along a big thank you from my family and I to all of your staff. To you Ross, keep up the good work - keep doing what you are doing, and don't let the haters get to you! To this family, you have made a world of difference, and after all the work that you have helped finish on our van, you will always have our gratitude *AND* our business! I will send as much work as I can to your door!

All I can say is WOW! Easiest company to deal with to get a cracked windshield replaced. Ross explained all the instructions on my end and he dealt with the rest. I got my car back the same day and he even washed my car inside and out! If you need anything looked after for your vehicle, give them a call. Thanks for everything Ross!

Never going to there repair shop again in my life. They took 4 months to just repair front bumper and side view mirror. Whenever i call them they already have a excuse ready to give. The rental car they have given me to drive cause me 240$ to get a battery boost and they don’t even compensate me a single dollar for that and said our car is good you might left lights on. I don’t know how they have 4.2 stars on google

These guys really went above and beyond for me today they were transparent about what work they were going to be performing and help me feel comfortable throughout the process by giving me a detailed list of services I was getting, as well as services that I could get in the future. Great job
