I came to pick up cup for stool sample for my mom. I waited in line to the front desk same as everyone.Front desk girl refused to give me a cup and said I have to wait in line.LifeLabs, common? Really? I’m not here to give any samples or take time from your employees. I just need to pick up empty cup for my mom. Like really? Make it sense to me?!You seriously need to improve your process of operation as this is ridiculous

The ladies at the front were lovely but there was a gentleman there who never stops talking, he’s loud and disruptive, distracting the lovely ladies from addressing people when they walk in. Add to this, he’s gossiping about the clinic downstairs. Perhaps there is a back area where he can gossip? As soon as he would leave from the front desk area, the ladies were professional and even though they would be chatting amongst themselves it was quiet and respectful chatter. I had to leave before I said something to this guy, extremely unprofessional.

Dealt with 2 of the rudest women ever today. My husband had to go in for a blood test, the Dr’s office sent the form for the tests to them on Oct. 30. They said they never received it. They made him wait for an hour to find it on their system. He had a copy of the form on his IPhone and they wouldn’t look at it. They had him send it to their main system which he did 3 times. They say they never got it. I asked why they couldn’t look at the form on his IPhone and they rudely said “not company policy.” One of the women wouldn’t even look at me. I asked how long this would take and I was told “not sure, you can leave if you want to.” If it hadn’t been for the gentleman working there we would have never had the blood tests done. The women were indifferent, unprofessional and rude.

Checked in on the app at 11:30am. Wait time said 90min. Didn't got there in time and waited into 2:40pm!!??!!. Then they messed up my wife's urine sample and said she would have to come back another day. Our medical system needs some serious help

I was in for a basic blood test. Upon inserting the needle in my arm (near the elbow), I felt a shooting pain radiating down my arm. I mentioned the pain and the technician said it was likely due to the alcohol and that there were a lot of nerves in the area. A week later, I am experiencing intermittent pain in the lower part of my arm and sometimes a sharp pain if I make a sudden movement with my arm. It is clear that I have nerve damage as a result of the procedure. Thanks for screwing me over Lifelabs.

Over the past few years, due to covid shortages, Life Lab is constantly understaffed and waiting time is long but most of the medical staff remain caring, polite and helpful. Hey folksthanx so much for being on the front lines for us during covid...YOU ROCK!

The tech that took my blood was really good at what she was doing with a great demeanor. Great job to her.

Very efficient team and friendly. They do not take they break all at the same time for lunch. Clean waiting room. ( I can't comment on the bathroom) , chairs are decently spaced and there is space to you can move them slightly of coughing neighbors is too close .

Really busy, as all medical places are. The staff were really friendly and were very clear with their communications. They have a tough job!!

Lots of parking, I always go on the weekend the earlier the better. I book my appointment usually a few weeks in advance, there are a lot of people on the island so if you walk in prepare to wait. Usually quite busy, but the staff are friendly and prompt. They try to get everyone seen in a timely manner. Would recommend.
