I highly recommend Parkwood Home Care and cannot say enough great things about their team. My family's need for care for my father came on suddenly and I made an inquiry through the company's website on a Sunday afternoon. Lorna MacMillan found my phone number can called me. By mid-day on Monday, Lorna was at our house to assess my father's (and mother's) needs and preferences. That amazing level of service continued. The caregivers were all wonderful, kind and diligent and the Parkwood team were responsive to all of our requests. It was like having a large, caring family to help at a tremendously stressful time. We are forever grateful.

Parkwood is one of the best companies you could be employed with; some of the kindest people that make new employees feel like family. The Parkwood is a team that i am proud to be a part of. They have a great reputation for working with and caring for older adults, they truly understand and know how to make everyone feel like they belong.

Parkwood really came to our rescue during COVID when both of my inlaws needed progressively more care. They were also able to fill in at the last minute for temporary around the clock care. The staff were always very compassionate.

Parkwood Home Care has shown me very quickly how incredible it was to be appreciated as a CCA and to not be a number like you were with the bigger companies. They are professional, organized and an amazing team to work for. I love that they understand my custody schedule and have helped work with me directly to get the hours I want and to find locations that work great for me!

I am so fortunate to have the staff from Parkwood Home Care attend to my 101 year old mother. My mother is still living on her own and fiercely independent. Lorna the Founder and President has assembled a truly exceptional team of caregivers. I live in Toronto and having a remote care company come in to assist with my mother's needs was quite disconcerting. I visited my mother and I couldn't have been more thankful. Alisha her main attending nurse was the perfect match for my mother. My wife and I refer to them as Thelma and Louise as they are best friends and my mother has the old spark back in her eyes.
