We had an emergency electrical need in our house on a Saturday. I called six companies, and none of them could assist us until Monday, where we would’ve been left with no furnace and no fridge. This team picked up, and could have someone out to us emergency in 30 minutes. They were extremely easy to work with, and wonderfully accommodating. I would highly recommend them!

Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Stress over our household emergency was reduced to the point of almost being fun. We will be contacting them again in the near future for a laundry list of upgrades. Highly recommend.

They make justice to their name. I got home town service with a smile. They even came over on a very short notice because my burnt outlet worried them. Justin did the service and was very thorough and professional with it and made sure I followed it through to give me peace of mind. On top of that he’s a friendly lad who’s proud of his craft and won’t cut any corners — that’s not that easy to find nowadays. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.

I called Garry as it was late at night and I had no electric. He came to check and found out what the issue was. He was not able to do the job but referred me to a colleague and was very thoughtful. May a unpleasant situation better. Would definitely refer him to other customers.

Wife called for a quote and they said basically if don’t know anything about electrical stuff ( regarding our panel ) they are too busy and won’t be able to help us at all this summer and let he go! WowGreat job I do not recommend this place!

Justin and Garry from Home Town Electrical were literal life savers. We experienced sparking in our electrical panel which could have easily caused a house fire. We called their 24/7 number and they picked up immediately. Justin prioritized our service call, came out and immediately knew what was the problem. He gave us excellent detailed descriptions of what was wrong, how to fix it, and was a great conversation throughout his work. He answered all my questions and made sure to come back for a full panel installation the very next day with all the materials he needed. He made sure everything was neat and organized before he left. He even made sure to help me label the whole panel correctly, and everything inside the panel is now to code.You wouldn't think an electrical panel could look so pretty, but I have to admit this was a 100% improvement from our last one!I will be using their services again for my electrical needs in the near future.Thank you Justin and Garry!

Great service. Had a few outlets that didn't work and had no idea what was wrong. No circuit breaker issues. Justin took care of it and installed better quality ones. Overall happy with the service, will book them again!

I had a problem with Basement lights ,l think it was called arcing anyway it was dangerous. So they fixed it and because it took less than 1 hour, which is the usual minimum charge. They offered to spend the balance of the hour checking my Electrical panel. Who does this these days. Highly recommended.ESG
