Dr . Gouws and his assistant made me feel very welcome. They always answer all of my questions with sound knowledge and expertise.We all know that some doctors out there would encourage their patients to get any treatment that makes them money, but this is not the case with Dr.Gouws and his assistant. During my visit I raised a question about fillers and whether they would be beneficial to an additional area of concern, but they actually discouraged me from getting fillers, as they told me they were not needed. Instead they suggested a new skin care regime and explained how it would help.I will be back to the spa for future botox treatments and to give ZO Skin Health a try (once I have some extra cash).

So grateful for Heidi the laser hair removal technician!I was delayed by 30 minutes for my appointment by multiple car crashes on my way home from work and called the spa to let them know. Heidi said no problem, she could reorganize her appointments so that she could fit me in 30 minutes later.Also, because I meant to stop at home first, I still had some unshaved hair in the areas we needed to laser (have to have a smooth shave for lasering). Again Heidi said, no problem, here is a razor and I'll give you a couple minutes to do what you need to do. This delayed our start time but she was still as pleasant as ever.She goes above and beyond for her clients and I just want her to be recognized.Thank you for making me feel comfortable and welcome.

Extremely happy with my services and results as always. Very thorough and informative and truly feel they listen to what I want which is so important to me. I’m always very comfortable and confident in Dr. Gouws skilled hands. Debbie is just amazing. I trust them completely.

Believe it or not but this place also does Aviation Medical exams. I was there for a Cat 1 exam. Everything went very well and they are super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Oanh was absolutely wonderful to both my step daughter & I. We got pedicures done, the conversation was great & we felt very well taken care of. We both left very happy & will definitely come back to cloud 9!
