Great service!!!! Took in a mountain bike to be fine tuned and new grips, they spotted other items needed to be replaced to ride properly and it was great advice. Been using it and they did a great job and inexpensive.

I came down to the Simcoe area for work and was needing some parts/help to get my mountain bike up and running for the season. The staff were amazing and super helpful at the store. I highly recommend the place to anyone in the area needing parts or service. Great support for last minute issues before hitting the trails at Turkey Point! Thanks!

We arrived a 1/2 hour before closing and our broken brake cable replaced immediately. Absolutely wonderful owner and he saved our first mountain bike mini-holiday. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent, friendly service. Rick and his team helped me with a warranty claim on a major bike repair (broken frame). He completely rebuilt the bike, and asked only for coverage on the shipping. Tipped him for his help, and will certainly be going back in the future!

Very disappointed. Ordered a bike last year, got a call a month ago asking if I still wanted it as have a customer interested in it. I said no, Iwould like it. I was told it would take a week or so to out together as big shipment came in and still have NOT heard back.

Friendly,helpful, knowledgeable!Brought a wheel in needing a freewheel and they fixed it within 5 minutes.Joel, (I believe is his name) even showed me how to fix it. I learned something I didn't know.Thanks for the help!!Did I mention that to they have a ton of bikes and ebikes?

Took rear tire in to get fixed. Went there before for the same issue and it broke again after 60 days. This time I waited 3 weeks and kept calling the store. One of the workers told me that other bikes were higher priority. Finally I called the last time and the owner lied to me saying he had called me 3 times. He didn't, I have no missed calls and IM the one that had to keep calling the store. Then the owner tells me he couldn't get the part but that basically he can only guarantee the bikes he sells and just tried to sell me a more expensive bike.I waited 3 weeks, I had to keep calling, and then he just tried to upsell me. There was no communication on the owners behalf. I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Go somewhere out of town where they know what they are doing and will actual treat you like a decent customer.If you aren't riding a $2000 bike apparently you aren't a high priority customer

Such a wonderful experience! My children were treated like family from the moment we walked in. All three staff members we dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable about all things hockey. One stop shop if you need help with children’s hockey gear and skates.Highly recommend!

The owner and most of his team will go the extra mile. I've been helped so many times from when I was just a kid to recently when I needed to ship a bike to Texas; they supplied some bike boxes free of charge. A good selection, decent prices, friendly staff. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the dude fixing bikes, he leaves a little to be desired. I did however get to use their tools and fix my bike myself when I was in need of speedy repair, that was awesome. Will keep shopping here and suggest you check it out
