Mike and the team are fantastic!15 years ago my parents gifted me guitar and lessons for Christmas. After a few years of playing I picked up a second guitar. Those lasted me the last decade and I finally decided to pick up a new guitar.I walked in and Mike immediately helped me pick up a new guitar. He has always provided excellent service. My Yairi Gakki 1970 handmade guitar had an accident with a laptop. Parts of the sound hole and Rosetta were damaged on this prescious gift from my son. The pieces I found inside the instrument were like particles of dust. Mike managed to put them all back together professionally to complete the hand assembled rosetta. Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou!

Wonderful atmosphere, very nice people, very helpful. A bit lacking in the band stuff but it looked like a great supply of guitars.

Bought a guitar recently and it was a terrific experience. The salesman knew his stuff and was genuinely excited to show me different models. It's what a music shop should be. Great staff, great prices, great experience.

Genuinely awful customer service. All of Lee's prices are far past MSRP with no guarantee it will even work. And it's a shame if you want to return it; they don't. In addition he sells broken and obsolete equipment for the same (if not more) money than new. If you want good equipment go to Long and McQuade

I brought a guitar in for a repair about a month and a half ago, took them almost a month for a relatively quick repair (new nut, new toggle switch) and set up (truss rod, action, intonation etc) which I can forgive, they said they were busy when I dropped it off. Well, after sitting down with my guitar for a bit finally it’s super buzzy on the neck, my action is super high, my tone control doesn’t work for some reason anymore on my bridge pickup and the new nut wasn’t even glued in. I’d have been willing to get it go because it’s an old guitar and it needs a total overhaul, I just wanted it playable for now but when I picked it up the guy said to me “if their is something wrong, let us know and we will give you a good excuse for it”. The guitar also did not come back clean and my wobbly volume pot was still wobbly. I’ve been playing guitar for over 20 years, when I get a setup I feel like it’s safe to assume I get a once over on the whole thing and maybe a heads up with any issues that need addressing on top of what I asked for. I honestly feel like my guitar was forgotten about and rushed out when I asked if it was ready almost a month after dropping it off. If anyone sees this and knows any good luthiers in the north okanagan please get in touch.
