Strength:• Locally owned store. Which is your opportunity to support your local economy in Powell River.• Offer pre-loved (gently used) products• Often able to find products at same or better prices than large non-local stores• Able to search products for you• Connected to large network• Good communications• Friendly peopleChallenge:• As of April 10th, 2018 the store description on Google Map is not clear. Which in turn risk to create confusion with future potential clients. The store focus their services on pre-loved products. Not new products. This challenge is from Google's ends though. As Google force all stores to choose a description from a list of pre-written and limited description :( The description on the Facebook page is clear though.

Probably my favorite used book store in town! Consistent hours (although it'd be nice if they were open daily and later) Great selection of games and books, and awesome customer service from both the human owners and the kitty supervisors. Worth checking out for sure
