I got a dishonest employee perhaps manager or owner who tried a quick couple lies in order to up sell a higher price bike when I came into purchase a bike a few months ago. Purchased the bike I was comfortable with price wise ..overall good purchase. Just didn’t like how they tried to pull a couple of fast ones on me. Also the bike I was looking at they told me 599 but once I got to cash it was also 650. Perhaps it’s because I’m younger and have less biking experience. won’t be back again just because of this. Look at the other negative reviews it’s also against this older employee perhaps the ownerEditAlso the owner told me the bike I was looking at and later bought… they won’t be able to put a kickstand on it and tried to sell me a higher priced bike .. later in the store I saw another clients bike who came in for a repair perhaps who had a kickstand when I asked you said you can’t put a kickstand the owner said “ no I said it’s hard” and gave me a fake smile as if I caught him in his lie..I won’t be coming back to this location based on this owner or manager

Just recently bought a new bike the giant escape.Both gentleman there are very friendly and helpful with knowledge of bikes.They let me try different size handlebars, they made it easier to choose which bike to buy.Recommended buying bike here

Brought an old bike (CCM) in for rear gear (cassette) replacement. Parts and labour (adjusting gears to shift smoothly and truing the derailer mount) $60. I actually bought my first bike at this location 24 years ago(Trek) and it's still running. This is place is legit and honest for repairs. Great place. I will be going back. Thanks.

Bike shop review, i was searching online for brakes and tires and more, 2 other shops never returned my emails and i could not get through to the shop.I emailed Cyclepath and quickly got a response with a phone call, good phone service from the shop.Tires recommended are amazing adds safety , and Variety, Luca offered to do the install of brakes and tires within a hour.Sam the Manager oversees most transaction with great input, Thank you

I went to Cyclepath recently and they were fantastic. I came in with my bike for a small repair and was greeted warmly in the parking lot. So warmly for a first time visit that initially I thought I had been mistaken for someone else! Excellent customer service. I also inquired about a product, which I intend to buy at a later date (I don't need it immediately) and they were informative but also didn't pressure me to make the purchase. Overall I was really happy with my experience and will definitely be back.

They were very helpful and took the time to explain things when I went in to look at buying a new bike. There was no pressure from the staff to make the sale quickly. Overall they were very friendly and interested in giving me all of the right information to make an informed purchase. Great experience would highly recommend!
