What was shown on the website is NOT what was received. I understand flowers may differ, however I expect comparable substitutions, not half the bouquet. Please see pictures for what was expected for $85, and what was received. Make your own judgement.

Called from Kitchener to order flowers and had the rudest employee. We seemed to be an inconvenience to the sales person who was not helpful and had an awful attitude. Needless to say, we went elsewhere.
