Great experience. Didn't know this space would have everything you would ever need for decorations. Loved the Ramadan collection they had. The shop is amazingly set with all decors in an aisle and space. Didn't know they are a Canadian Tire store. Fruitful visit. Got everything I needed.

Had to get balloons done for a last minute party, the lovely lady working was able to help me get what I needed and was very pleasant

I periodically shop at this location from time to time and find the service fine. They have specialty products pertaining to special characters from childrens to adults. lots of great novelty items, Marvel an dc superhero product.I periodically get my variety of superhero socks for family and friends from these guys. Hopefully they keep getting them in.

Good collection. Bought costumes. Prices on a little high side. I noted it has a great collection for birthday parties and celebration. Balloons collection was awesome.There's a big Parking lot and is easy to find location.The cashier was quite new but she was very helpful.

I called the store to get help with a cake pan I wanted to buy. They verified that they had stock and held the pan for me. The staff were extremely helpful and I am grateful for their help. I ended up buying a few more items there. Also they reminded me about the Canadian Tire offers and credit card. I activated my offers on the spot through the app and saved an additional $6. Thank you so much!

Large shop, has all the necessities. The cashier was super friendly and nice. I needed to get some birthday supplies and balloons. The balloons are good quality, and the helium lasted longer than a week. I will definitely be returning for my future party needs.

I purchase helium gaps balloons but when i reached home after 1 hour all of them burst. don’t purchase helium gas baloons from party city. and when i call in the morning no one answer the call

I called to confirm if they had a certain product in stock. The person that picked up didn't bother to check and immediately said they don't have it in stock. I explained that the website says there are 3 in stock. However, just because it's a low number, if they could please check before I do the 40-minute drive to their location, I'd really appreciate it. Again, she insisted, immediately, without checking, that there weren't any. I figured I'll do the drive anyway because she's clearly not trying to look. As soon I got there, I asked the girl cleaning the aisle and she said they had a few, back aisle. Guess what? Exactly 3, right there.There were 3 associates just standing by the cash out area (where the phone is), chatting and laughing it up, doing absolutely nothing, the entire time I was in the store (almost 20 minutes). Guess they couldn't be bothered to actually work for their pay.

Way too expensive!!! Around $18 per foil balloon to buy balloons from them and around $4 per balloon to fill your own balloons there. Lineup was around 30 minutes to get to the cash register and there are ~5 people infront of you before getting there. There is then a 1hr wait to get the balloons filled after waiting 30 minutes to pay. Worst but not least....we also bought a small helium tank to fill our own balloons at home thinking we would save some money and time, which costs $60 (with tax), and it filled about 10 small sized balloons before running out of gas. That comes out to $6 per balloon for helium and the tank cannot be refilled and has to be thrown out in a landfill. How is this acceptable is beyond me. We will be going to corporate to complain!!

Very helpful staff. Quick service. Got 100 balloons in real short time from this location when every other location refused same day delivery.Thank you so much!!!
