Had to wait like forever to get a cup of coffee and they had completely forgotten the other item that I had ordered and had to remind the staff. Totally disappointing!!

This restaurant is always a good place to go because you know what to expect in food items. Breakfast sandwich, chicken ranch wrap, bacon turkey club sandwich and of course a donut and coffee.

Packed with homeless people squatting the place. Smells so bad inside. Didn't feel safe. Some of them were asking for money and would get aggressive when got rejected. AVOID THIS TIM HORTONS.

I ordered lime chicken. The person who took the order said he has chicken bowl and not lime chicken. I asked how much time it will take, as I was boarding a bus, he said 2 minutes. I placed the order. After waiting for 15 minutes, the person started to make the order. Then, she said she is searching the lid. She made me wait for another 10 minutes and said she doesn’t have a lid. She served the orders of people behind me before. Worst part is she is not apologetic of her behaviour. She thinks she can serve customer anything. She was biased. I don’t know her name. But management should take action against her.

Food is alright, service is kinda the normal speed like everywhere else. Staff are good but this location needs to get the homeless out…. There’s paying customers and they don’t have no where to sit, I was there with my elderly dad and he can’t walk far or much. There was no seat cause it was all taken up from the bums! By looking at them I bet they are there all day and probably half don’t buy anything….

This Tim's is quite busy and is frequented by people that are a bit more sketch than usual. It is also a smaller location with little room for parking as well. The washrooms are locked and you must notify a worker to get them unlocked (which is uncommon for Tim's). They gave me 15 timbits when I paid for 10, though, for some reason.

Food was good enough staff was fairly friendly however I asked for no cilantro and instead they put no sauce. After getting food was looking for a table and couldn't find one there were numerous people just sitting at a table and not eating anything one man had his head between his knees sleeping at a table. Kind of gave me a homeless store vibe. Me and my wife had to sit outside and have our coffee and hot chocolate in the cold because lack of table space.
