Chayo Tea House and Bubble Tea

Very knowledgeable, and friendly. Small family shop feel. Bubble tea is delicious, one of the better ones I've had. Have not tried the hot tea, but will go back for it.

I love the bubble tea here because you can actually taste the tea! It’s not fake like some other places, or loaded with sugar to make up for the low quality tea! They also have amazing traditional tea that comes fresh from Taiwan fairly regularly. The owners Rob and Lin are so sweet and nice and very goofy. My boyfriend and I go here at least once a week! I highly recommend it!

Chayo is full of tea wonders and beautiful pottery creations. Make sure you leave time to chat with Rob about tea and have a cup there with him. What you'll learn will be worth the visit alone.

An absolutely lovely and relaxing place. Turmeric tea is fantastic. Robert, the owner, is very knowledgeable. This is definitely a go to place when downtown Burlington.

Never have I seen a tea shop so deliberate in their process of preparing tea/food for their customers. I witnessed the owner make a tea drink for another customer and, being unsatisfied with the outcome, took it upon himself to make another one. This is the kind of dedication we need to see more of in stores. Above all, the food is delicious. Thanks again.

I thought I'd try Chayo Tea, because there aren't very many Bubble Tea places in Burlington... Chayo Tea never seems to be open when I go by, so the one time it was, I tired it. It was a very slow process with an awkward energy. The barista makes the drinks in a separate room, which seems sketchy! The store doesn't seem very well-equipped, with just a hotplate in sight of customers. The actual drink I got, the milk mango black tea with tapioca, was a bit chalky and the tapioca balls were dry and crumbly.Also, it look the POS system a long time to warm up". It's almost as if I was the first customer of the day (even though they had been open for 2 hours) or at least the first customer in awhile. The store-clerk used Square
