Very good service. Lily is the best! My whole family cuts hair here and we're all always very happy with the results. Lily is very talented and styles hair very well.

Walked into this place randomly on a Friday. They told me $55 for a regular pedi and shellac mani, When I left they said $5 charge for taking off old shellac and price $63 with tax. I said you told me $55 they said only if you pay cash! I went and got cash and paid $55. They didn't charge the $5 as they didn't tell me in advance. Monday morning polish on 1 fingernail completely peeled off, 1 chipped fingernail and 1 broken nail! Polish did not cover whole fingernail. Very dissappointed and have no time to go back! Pedi not bad. I I will not return to Institute Top Beaute Inc and would not recommend it.

Incredibly friendly staff and my personal go to spot for a men's haircut, they have delivered a consistently great cut with phenomenal care and service. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. 2.5 hours for a pedicure. Asked for acrylic nails without extensions and the girl did not know how to do them - I was left sitting in a chair waiting for the owner Lilly to come do my nails - meanwhile she was busy blow drying someone else’s hair. Avoid. Staff has no clue what they r doing. Left with unfinished filed nails.

Had my hair done today. It looks amazing. Great people. I go there every 3 months. Great prices.

Honestly can’t ask for better service! I feel comfortable, laugh a lot, and leave with great nails and less hair on my face:):) These are my natural nails but aside from acrylic they also do biogel now, which is a stronger and better alternative to acrylic:)

I'm absolutely blown away by what happened to me and not in a good way. I went in expecting to get the woman who I believe is the owner. She has done my 2 daughter's haircuts and my partner's. All were satisfied although the price was high considering how little time was spent trimming it. I went in out of convenience on my way home from an appointment with my daughter. A man beckoned me to the chair. I said I wanted to trim my ends. He made me stand for the haircut because long hair". Then he literally chopped my hair in a straight line and showed me the back with a mirror. I asked "what about the front of my hair? The sides?". He took the scissors and cut like a diagonal chop down each side. I wanted to cry. He then blended it in a little bit but it looks choppy and chunky. He took off A LOT of my hair and he didn't even trim the dead ends off of my layers. He is clearly untrained. He didn't brush my hair or wet it at all (no spray or anything). He blasted me with a blow dryer after to get rid of the cut hair and I looked crazy. He didn't try to fix it at all. I paid $35 and left because I was with my child and in total shock. I want to get this mess fixed but I don't ever want to step foot in there again!"

Nails are nice. I had some acrylic done and they lasted for more than a month none of them breaking off. At that point my nails became too long for me so I had them filed down. You just need to also take care of them for your acrylics to last that long.
