Great experience -After many hours of trying to find a car rental place in Vancouver that will rent to young people I came across this place. The cars are older but well maintained. In my rental I had a 2001 PT cruiser. Even tough I drove over the included KM included per day - I was not charged any extra.Tip - call them up for reservations - The rates are cheaper than the website.

A great, no frills car rental company. The rates are the best we could find in the city so if you're on a budget, I would definitely recommend Practicar. The pickup and dropoff process was exceptionally smooth and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating to all our needs.

Surprisingly had one of the best experiences I've ever had with renting a car here. Some of the negative reviews here are older, but I believe ownership changed somewhat recently.My girlfriend and I rented a car here in Aug. 2021 for a trip to Whistler, ended up with a 2013-ish Chrysler 200. Young driver (under 25) friendly. Car was in good condition - there was a small issue that we were informed of beforehand, but it did not affect the safe operation of the vehicle.Had an excellent experience with Gary (who I presume to be the owner) during pick-up and drop-off. Absolutely went out of his way to make sure we not only had a good experience, but also a good excursion to Whistler.Offered to drop us off at the airport since it was nearby. We were also a few hours late in dropping the car off, and because it wasn't being rented immediately after, he waived the overage charges. We'd received the car with about $15 less than a full tank (the gauge seemed full when we picked up); we knew because we calculated our trip distance and average fuel economy after filling up. He ended up taking off that amount from our mileage overage as compensation. And there was a scratch that I (probably) caused that he just said no problem to, because it would buff out."This was all for what amounted to only a 1-day rental. He went above and beyond our expectations. I would absolutely have no qualms about renting here again

Really enjoyed our rental for beautiful B.c. this august-sept 2022.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Car was nice and clean. Sure it has some dents and is a well worn car mechanically, but you arnt paying for new and get a better deal!Would 100% rent from here again.Thank you Practicar Richmond! You were great.

I have rented from Practicar at another location. The service was also excellent and so is the price, approximately half of a big rental company. I got a 2013 car that operated very well.The shop is a five minute taxi ride from the airport.My suggestions for improvement are to open earlier 830 instead of 10 am. Also to clean up the property and office. It is cluttered.The outstanding service from My Linh and Gary made the difference.

I had a great experience. The car I rented was an older model with quite a few dings and dents, but worked perfectly. Will definitely rent from here next time I’m in Vancouver.

Overall, a good experience. Can't beat the rates, and they will rent to you when others won't. So If you find yourself turned down by the Hertz and Budget's of the world, these guys won't.Yes the cars are older than what the other rental agencies have, generally...but not exclusively.But the vehicles are well maintained. I've rented from them a few times now and never had an issue. I would definitely recommend them.

Another great car rental from Practicar!Airport pickup and drop off and they are so easy to deal with.The cars were very clean and everything worked. Fast, friendly and efficient staff make it a great experience. Highly recommended.
