Nous avons acheté le modèle de thermopompe supposément le meilleur de GREE... 3 ans plus tard, ça fait un bruit de souffleuse et la tête gèle constamment!!Supposément les pièces de rechanges sont back order en Chine, donc pour cette raison notre famille crève de chaleur depuis le début de l'été! Plus jamais de GREE!!! Marque à éviter à tous prix!!

2020 I purchased the ForestAir mini split system. It works better than expected. 2022 It is still going strong. The window bracket fits perfectly. No drilling or screwing.If I nitpick, my only issue would be it is not yet smart" with wifi control.Even still I would repurchase."

Very poor quality AC system wall unit. Very noisy.I bought it 3 years ago and it makes lots of noise. I don't recommend purchasing a gree AC. Spend the extra money and get better quality AC.

Call them to have an information about a product recently bought to see if there was a problem. The girl who answered told me to call a company that are installing their product, because nobody there can respond to me, she didnt even try to get a hold on someone(it is not about an installation problem)... GREE not knowing their own product??? So I wrote them an email to see if it will get thru someone else, still no answer after two weeks, not even an automatic respond...

I just completed the installation of my new Gree 15,000BTU. Works flawlessly! The included instruction manual was probably for an older model and it was impossible to do as stated. I contacted the company. Great service! They took the time to open one and send pictures of the inside, with explanations on how to proceed from there. Far out!

Be careful! The site is deceiving as it tends to suggest that it belongs to the Canadian subsidiary of Gree China. What I have been told is that Gree China is selling through many distributors in Canada. This site is owned by one of the distributors of Gree China. So if you run into Warranty problems with a Gree system, you will find yourself running around trying to understand who is responsible. Even if you do, the distributors are less likely to worry about Gree's reputation. Be careful before buying a Gree.

I don't hate this place. Didn't get a response to a request for service. The company that sold us the heat pump went out of business and I thought that Gree would stand by their product. Still hoping they will and gives me a call.
