Matthew was very professional, consistently quick to respond to any questions. Also impressed with the crew, hardworking, quality work and efficient with their time.

Recently purchased a new home (to us) and needed a fence done quickly in our back yard for our pooch to roam freely. The entire experience from the free consultation through to the installation was very easy, and very professional. Day of install went well, with the crew quickly addressing some yard issues (overgrown tree in planned fence location, etc) and staying on site until the job was complete. They did an exceptional job cleaning up, and we now have a great fence that allows us to enjoy our backyard (without worrying about our dog chasing the neighbours down the alley). Thanks, and would highly recommend.

We have been forced to take Tri-City Cedar to court over our fence issues. Even though our fence is fewer than 6 months old and was a very expensive fence, it is already falling apart with broken boards, large gaps between boards and the metal trim has fallen off all over the top and side. The workmanship is extremely shoddy with screws protruding through the metal posts, rough hacked off post tops, missing screws and so on. Matt, who owns Tri-City, does not do the work himself but sub-contracts another company to do the installs. After he received our deposit, Matt never once came to check on the fence or follow up with us. The fence is supposedly under warranty but Matt refuses to fix the problems even though we made numerous attempts to contact him. In addition, we waited over 4 months to have it installed even though Matt said the wait would only be a few weeks. Our experience could not have been worse and I cannot warn others strongly enough to avoid using Tri-City. We now have to pay another company to remove this fence and build one that will last beyond a ew months. An extremely unhappy customer.

I have only positive things to say about Tri-city Cedar. We reached out to them and several other companies for quotes, and the owner Matthew was one of the only companies to reply in a timely manner with a professional quote. Their pricing was competitive and while some companies were giving me time lines of several months out, Matthew fit us in within two weeks. His employees came and were very professional, kind and responsive. They had our entire fence finished within one day. I would high recommend this company and will absolutely be passing along their information to anyone who needs help with their fencing!

Matthew was quick at responding and following up with a site visit to provide an accurate quote!Once we decided to go with Tri-City Cedar they were onsite within 2 weeks and finished in one day!Sharing costs with neighbors is a sometimes difficult conversation but Matthew broke the quote down into sections with a map that I could provide to neighbors to show them their share of the cost!My favorite part is the gates! They are real gates not modified fence panels that will sag over time. Highly recommended!
