I called and asked to have a chainsaw tuned up and sharpened! I was told if I take the chain off and bring it in it would be ready on Friday! I called Saturday to be treated extremely rudely ! Was not allowed to even let him know that the fellow doing the repair told me it would be ready on Friday ! Instead I got yelled at telling me there is a sign on the counter and got hung up on by the owner ! If you want to be lied to and treated like garbage this is the place for you! Disgusted !!!

They will not order a part for Stihl without payment in full and upfront. That is not a big issue but they won't take your credit card info over the phone which means you have to make 2 trips into the store for one part, not very helpful or efficient.

Bestway repaired my Honda SH 928 Hydro Static Snow Blower. The bill was $500 less then quoted. They repaired the Gears in the Snow blower, replaced both belts and did other repairs. Thank You Bestway. I would recomed anyone on the fence whether to repairor replace your machine. regardless Bestway is truly the Bestway. Lol.Cheers
